Huaxia Jianlong held the 2025 Annual Work Conference on Safety Production and The Kick-Off Meeting of Safety Culture Construction.

On the morning of January 3rd, 2025, Huaxia Jianlong held the 2025 Annual Work Conference on Safety Production and The Kick-Off Meeting of Safety Culture Construction. Yuan Zhanyong, Vice President of Jianlong Group and President of Huaxia Jianlong, Li Jinqian, Vice President and General Manager of Jianlong Group, the leadership team of Huaxia Jianlong, heads of all functional departments, the middle and senior management of subsidiaries, Yin Weidong, General Manager of Zhonggang Jinbang, and members of the project team attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Li Lingzhao, Manager of the Department of Safety and Environmental Protection.

Li Lingzhao, Manager of the Department of Safety and Environmental Protection, summarized and reported comprehensively on the safety production work of Huaxia Jianlong in 2024, and set up safety management objectives and tasks for 2025.

Yin Weidong, General Manager of Zhonggang Jinbang, publicized and interpreted the 2025 construction planning of Huaxia Jianlong safety culture refined control and efficiency improvement project.

Zhou Zhenhua, General Manager of Baotong Mining, and Li Dongfeng, General Manager of Jindi Mining, shared their experiences on safety management in 2024.

Zhang Zhansheng, Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, made arrangements for the next step of the Company’s safety production work, requiring all subsidiaries to continue to organize activities to construct the corporate safety culture and promote safety team building, training, and education. They should also supervise the safety protection of fixed and mobile equipment, and strengthen road safety planning and control, eliminating potential accidents by controlling risks from the source. Zhang Zhansheng emphasized that, as the Spring Festival is approaching, all mines must ensure smooth and orderly production by focusing on the key processes and links based on their own production characteristics.

Li Jinqian, General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, emphasized that safety is key to the overall development of the Company and corporate external image, as well as the happiness of all staff and their families. Thus, the whole Company must put safety first without compromise, and attach great importance to and do a good job on safety and environmental protection work by innovating intelligent technology, increasing investment, and carrying out strict assessments. In this way, we will promote stable and long-term safety production, and make 2025 a year of quality and cost-effective production with no major safety accidents.

Yuan Zhanyong, President of Huaxia Jianlong, used the word “attitude” to summarize the essence of safety management. He said that safety is above everything, and a proper attitude is critical. Managers at all levels should correct their attitude, set up clear goals, take practical actions to improve safety standards, and play a leading role in safety management. He required all managers, especially the leaders, to respect, accept, and study advanced safety culture concept during the implementation of the fourth phase of the safety culture construction project, so as to maintain safety and enhance safety levels through cultural building and contribute to the development of a highly respected enterprise.
