Huaxia Jianlong's Team-building Practices Garner Multiple Honors


From November 20 to 21, 2025, the 25th China Team-building Summit Forum and the Inaugural New Era Team-building Forum, themed "Laying a Solid Foundation for Governance and Activating the Source of Strength," were held in Guangzhou. This forum focused on team transformation under the new corporate governance landscape and released significant achievements such as the "Best Practice Cases for Teams in the New Era" and the "Knowledge Map for Team-building in the New Era." Representatives from participating companies engaged in in-depth discussions on emerging team forms such as intelligent and digital teams, collectively exploring cutting-edge approaches to team-building. Over 50 companies from various industries nationwide attended the forum.

During the forum, the results of the 2025 Team-building Awards were also announced. Huaxia Jianlong and Baotong Mining were honored with the "Five-Star Unit Award for Team-building in the New Era" for their innovative initiatives and remarkable achievements in team-building. Several subsidiaries received the "Four-Star Unit Award for Team-building in the New Era," and a total of nine teams were awarded the "Outstanding Team Award for Practice and Innovation in Team-building in the New Era."

Meanwhile, at the "2025 Enterprise Reform and Development Innovation Practice Exchange Conference and Outstanding Enterprise Management Practice Achievement (Case) Release Conference," jointly hosted by the magazines Enterprise Management and Entrepreneur in Beijing on November 21, the case titled "Exploration of a New Team-building Model Driven by Both Grassroots Talent Development and Incentives," submitted by Huaxia Jianlong, successfully secured a place among the "Outstanding Cases in Enterprise Human Resource Management for 2025" and won the second prize after undergoing multiple rounds of rigorous evaluation.

Huaxia Jianlong's team-building initiative began in 2018 when Chairman Yuan Zhanyong decided to start with teams, the "smallest units" of enterprise management, and collaborated with 89-Point Consulting Company to jointly explore new models for grassroots enterprise management, continuously strengthening the management and innovation capabilities of grassroots teams. After seven years of innovative practice, a comprehensive team-building model centered around the core theories of "everyone is an operator" and "employee happiness and enterprise efficiency" has gradually matured and yielded fruitful results. This model has not only solidified the foundation of grassroots management within the enterprise but also continuously injected lasting momentum into the company's steady development.
