Huaxia Jianlong Organizes Top-Level Design Seminar


To advance the implementation of the company's five-year strategic planning objectives, systematically discuss and construct the strategic realization path, unify thinking and gather wisdom, consolidate the foundation for top-level design of enterprise development, activate the core driving force for high-quality development, enhance the organizational management capabilities and comprehensive qualities of core cadres, and strengthen the company's strategic planning, operational management, and organizational talent development, the Huaxia Jianlong & China Stone Top-Level Design Seminar was held in Beijing from November 17 to 18, 2025. Over 40 participants, including Yuan Zhanyong, Vice President of Jianlong Group and Chairman of Huaxia Jianlong; Ma Kuiquan, General Manager of the Corporate Culture Consulting Business Division of China Stone; middle and senior management personnel from the headquarters of Huaxia Jianlong, as well as general managers of subsidiaries and project companies, attended the meeting.

The top-level design seminar of Huaxia Jianlong & Huaxia Chijie was divided into two sessions. The first session focused on the strategy and operation module, while the second session was about the organization and talent module. At this seminar, Ma Kuiquan, the general manager of the corporate culture consulting division of Huaxia Chijie, along with the consulting project team members Meng Qing, Yang Siwei, and Zhang Tao, started from the three major structures of the strategic system, strategic propositions, and operational propositions, involving eleven rounds of problem discussions. They delved into aspects such as strategic goals, business layout, strategic paths, core capabilities, and resource allocation, with a particular emphasis on the five major propositions of resource exploration, investment and acquisition, planning and construction, mining and selection policies, and safety and environmental management. The aim was to enhance the theoretical literacy of the organization and to understand the logic and principles of the company's sustainable development. 

According to the pre-meeting arrangements, participants were divided into six groups. Over the two-day seminar, group members carefully considered, actively discussed, and enthusiastically shared their views on the questions raised by the instructors, creating a vibrant atmosphere for on-site discussions. Through thorough intellectual exchanges and interactions, participants further consolidated a consensus on development, enhanced their strategic awareness, and laid a solid ideological foundation for advancing the implementation of the company's top-level design.

Chairman Yuan Zhanyong provided insightful comments on the presentations made by group members. Mr. Yuan clearly stated that Huaxia Jianlong should unwaveringly advance towards the goal of "building a world-class mining enterprise." Regarding corporate culture, Mr. Yuan emphasized that corporate culture is the foundation for success and that the company should always uphold a work ethic of sincerity, pragmatism, and diligence. By fostering an excellent culture, the company aims to attract and cultivate more "compassionate, principled, and ambitious individuals" to contribute to the realization of our shared great cause. In terms of talent development, priority should be given to selecting pragmatic individuals who are "extremely passionate and dedicated," thereby building a highly competent team.

At the business strategy level, Chairman Yuan proposed to focus on the dual-wheel drive of resource acquisition and technological innovation. By strengthening geological exploration capabilities and making breakthroughs in key areas such as comprehensive mineral processing, intelligent mining and comprehensive utilization of tailings, the core competitiveness of the enterprise should be enhanced. At the same time, quantitative target management should be implemented to build a "large but not scattered" organizational system, and team vitality should be stimulated through self-management and institutional constraints. Finally, Chairman Yuan emphasized the need to adhere to long-termism and achieve stable and sustainable development of the enterprise through the "mine acquisition + talent acquisition" dual expansion strategy and integration of high-quality resources.
