Fourth, management thinking has significantly upgraded, with the systematicness and logicality of work continuously strengthened. Regarding the focus of team building in the next stage, General Manager Jin proposed four requirements: First, enhance sharing capabilities, leveraging various sharing platforms to exercise expression and presentation skills, thereby improving mental acuity. Second, make concrete efforts rather than shout some vague slogans. Third, solidify management fundamentals, keep refining and summarizing experience and achievements. Fourth, establish display platforms to provide more opportunities for outstanding managers, internal trainers, staff members, and team leaders to showcase themselves, exchange with each other, and receive diverse incentives. Finally, Jin Wei encouraged everyone to start with trivial matters in team building, keep innovating and ultimately embrace excellence.
