Opening Ceremony of the Huaxia Jianlong Procurement and Marketing Professional Development Program Took Place at Capital University of Economics and Business


  
In adherence to Jianlong Group Chairman Zhang Zhixiang's directive to fortify the "three core teams" and in pursuit of Huaxia Jianlong Chairman Yuan Zhanyong's talent development strategy, the company is committed to comprehensively elevating professional competencies across all levels, reinforcing team cohesion, and nurturing excellence. On November 23, the inaugural gathering and opening ceremony for Huaxia Jianlong's maiden Procurement and Marketing Professional Development Program unfolded within the press conference hall of the esteemed Capital University of Economics and Business. Gracing the occasion were Chairman Yuan Zhanyong, Vice President Cong Gechen, esteemed lecturer from Zhongxu Education, Liu Ying, alongside nearly 70 eager participants.

 
In his opening remarks, Huaxia Jianlong's Vice President Cong Gechen underscored that this procurement and marketing training initiative embodies the company's dedication to respecting, fostering, motivating, and empowering its workforce. He encouraged the participants to cherish this rare learning opportunity, actively engage, set clear learning objectives, improve professional skills, stay aligned with the company's development, and continuously create value through their endeavors.

 
In his concluding remarks, Chairman Yuan Zhanyong elucidated the essential roles and duties of procurement and marketing professionals: they act as selectors of partners, conveyors of corporate identity, representatives of the company's brands, and explorers of corporate value. He exhorted the participants to engage in profound contemplation, uphold professional standards, refine their abilities, and uncover hidden worth. Drawing upon the distinct attributes of procurement and sales, Chairman Yuan outlined three pivotal expectations: Firstly, Value Exploration and Generation: Participants ought to measure themselves against industry benchmarks to pinpoint deficiencies, establish precise objectives, and tap into untapped potential. Secondly, Innovation and Flexibility: Challenge conventional wisdom, proactively forge new markets, and embrace a value-added perspective in supply chain operations. Thirdly, Market Understanding and Precision: Carry out comprehensive market research to grasp customer pain points, delve into business workflows, and actively collaborate in product design to deliver tailored value to customers, thereby crafting superior Jianlong products. Lastly, Chairman Yuan implored the participants to implement their learnings in practical situations. He stressed the significance of centering on value creation by utilizing first-principles thinking to explore pragmatic, lucid, and actionable initiatives that can bolster the company's growth. 

 
After the ceremony, all attendees gathered for a group photo in front of Boyuan Building at the Capital University of Economics and Business.  
The development program is designed to last 18 days, divided into five terms. A total of 64 participants, covering businesses such as mining, construction materials, commerce, and new energy, will attend 12 courses taught by 8 expert professors.
