Huaxia Jianlong and Central South University Hold a "Visit Enterprises, Expand Jobs" Cooperation and Exchange Symposium

On the afternoon of August 5th, the "Visit Enterprises, Expand Jobs" cooperation and exchange symposium between Huaxia Jianlong and Central South University was held in the seventh-floor meeting room of Huaxia Jianlong. The meeting was attended by 12 individuals including Yuan Zhanyong, Vice President of Jianlong Group and Chairman of Huaxia Jianlong, Jin Wei, Executive Vice General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, and Liu Ruohua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Minerals Processing and Bioengineering at Central South University. The symposium was chaired by Gong Chunhua, the HR Manager of Huaxia Jianlong.

During the exchange, Deputy Secretary Liu Ruohua briefly introduced the basic situation of Central South University and its School of Minerals Processing and Bioengineering, reviewed the cooperation history between Central South University and Huaxia Jianlong in talent introduction, talent training, scientific research, and many other aspects, highlighted areas for deeper school-enterprise cooperation, and wished for more talent exchanges and outcomes between both parties in the future.

Chairman Yuan Zhanyong warmly welcomed the visit of the teachers from Central South University and highly recognized the excellent performance and comprehensive quality of Central South University graduates working in the company. He elaborated on the vision of Huaxia Jianlong and Central South University in terms of industry-education-research direction: firstly, to practice the concept of "advancing with giants, working with capable people," through multi-level exchanges to grasp new research directions from the university, explore technical cooperation in new fields such as bio-beneficiation, and establish a talent sharing mechanism; secondly, to rely on the scientific research expertise of Central South University to build the company's research system, strengthening the construction of professional talent teams through professional promotion classes, degree enhancement programs, etc.; thirdly, to establish a platform for talent introduction, promoting the recruitment of outstanding talents through building internship bases, mutual visits between corporate and university executives, and campus recruitment presentations.

After the symposium, Liu Ruohua presented a certificate appointing Jin Wei as a mentor for college students' career planning, followed by a group photo session.
