After 175 days of construction, the second phase of the LianDa copper project at Baotong Mining successfully completed its heavy load synchronized trial operation at 9:32 am on July 25! The project's completion marks a new step in the conversion of ton ore value, with copper and sulfur products becoming new profit growth points. It is expected to increase annual revenue by RMB 63,030,000 and profits by RMB 40,000,000. HuaXia JianLong's executive vice president Jin Wei, Baotong Mining's general manager Zhou Zhenhua, deputy general manager Li Zhi, deputy general manager Zhang Zhanfeng, and general manager assistant Jin Baocheng attended the trial operation ceremony.
It is understood that Linda copper selection phase II uses the production process of "pulping + cyclone + tower mill + a rough, two sweep and three fine flotation", applying the domestic leading alkali-free copper sulfur separation technology, the project can be put into production to fundamentally solve the problem of insufficient flotation capacity of the first phase, greatly improve the original Baotong, Baotong crude copper powder products added value, the comprehensive recovery rate of raw copper can be increased from 35% to more than 50%, The recovery rate of copper sulfur separation was increased from 90% to 93%. Annual processing of crude sulfur powder 432,000 tons, copper metal production increased from 540 tons/year to 1,650 tons/year; Copper per day increased from 1.5 tons to 5 tons; Annual production of 33,000 tons of sulfur powder, an increase of 19,800 tons.
