Huaxia Jianlong Holds a Conference on the "Practice of 2025 Vision and Xibaipo Spirit through Reshaping and Upgrading"


 

To build consensus and boost morale, carry on the firm and unswerving spirit of Xibaipo, explore the path for fulfilling the company's five-year strategic plan, and reshape Huaxia Jianlong's corporate culture, the Conference on the "Practice of 2025 Vision and Xibaipo Spirit through Reshaping and Upgrading" was held in Xibaipo, Pingshan County, Hebei Province, on May 19. The conference was attended by over 60 people, including Yuan Zhanyong, Vice President of Jianlong Group and Chairman of Huaxia Jianlong; Li Jinqian, Vice President of Jianlong Group and General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong; middle and senior management from the headquarters; and general managers of subsidiaries and project companies.

 

On May 20 and 21, Li Bo was invited to deliver a course on "Awareness of Leadership." With an aim to seek breakthroughs in organizational mindsets, the course covered four aspects: "awareness of behavioral principles, awareness of mindsets, awareness of negative emotions, and awareness of organizational inertia," facilitating a transformation in the learning and growth model from "knowledge and skills" to "thinking patterns" and ultimately to "mindsets." Based on the mindset model of "meaning - identity - belief cognition/value ranking - abilities - behaviors - environment - results," combined with various scenario-based cases, the course guided individuals to establish correct mindsets. Through structured belief cognition and practical learning tools, it guided participants to shift from self-awareness, self-cognition to self-breakthrough, reducing internal friction, fostering positive thinking, and building a mutually-driven team with greater mental maturity, broader horizons, and rapid growth, thereby enhancing the team's competitiveness and morale.

  

 

During the conference on embracing the vision on May 22, general managers of various subsidiaries shared their development plans and visions, drawing on insights from their visits and learning experiences. Chairman Yuan Zhanyong raised specific requirements and goals based on the presentations, showing the directions for work and development. The deputy general managers in charge of Huaxia Jianlong explained the goals and approaches for their professional lines from their respective perspectives and based on the company's five-year strategic plan, further consolidating consensus and clarifying the agenda.

 

Starting from the essence of corporate culture and drawing on personal insights from the visit to Xibaipo, General Manager Li Jinqian defined "vision as guidance, mission as motivation, values as yardstick, strategy as guarantee, and talent as the core engine," delving deeply into the interrelationships and connotations of vision, mission, values, strategy, and talent. Through the vision of "creation, prosperity, and sharing," he emphasized that Huaxia Jianlong aims not only to become a globally renowned mineral materials supplier but also to benefit every member of the Group and make the great dream of "benefiting the country, the people, and individuals" come true.

 

Chairman Yuan Zhanyong delivered an important speech, emphasizing the core concept and purpose of the conference - "shaping beliefs with culture, inspiring morale with vision, and enhancing development with quality." He required that the conference should be "united, focused, solemn, and lively," injecting a powerful spiritual impetus into the company's development by refining a corporate culture that touches the soul and resonates with everyone. Chairman Yuan pointed out that the values of an organization depend on the qualities of its leadership, calling on general managers of subsidiaries and department heads to "think positively," eliminate internal friction and negative emotions, and seek development with an upbeat attitude. Facing new situations and challenges, Chairman Yuan emphasized the need to build a a management team well-motivated by "goals + beliefs," cultivate a cadre team with "mental maturity, broad horizons, and rapid growth," break free from fixed mindsets, reshape, upgrade and unify consensus, and seek faster development by freeing the mind. Finally, Chairman Yuan suggested the value orientation and “evaluation based on results”, encouraged assessing personal value based on "how many things have been accomplished and how many victories have been won", inspiring all employees to work harder and more earnestly to achieve Huaxia Jianlong's strategic goals.

 

  

During the event, all attendees arrived at the sacred revolutionary site of Xibaipo, visiting the Xibaipo Memorial Hall, the former sites of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the National Security Education Museum. By observing precious historical relics, paying respects to the former residences where revolutionary pioneers lived and worked, and studying vivid national security cases, everyone was inspired by the glorious history of the Party Central Committee during the Xibaipo period and gained insights into the Xibaipo Spirit. Before the visit, all attendees held a solemn ceremony to present flower baskets, lining up neatly and bowing in front of the bronze statues of the Five Leaders to express their deep remembrance and lofty respect for the revolutionary pioneers.
