Outstanding Employees from Two Huaxia Jianlong Subsidiaries Awarded "Chengde Craftsman" Honors
On April 28, the Chengde Municipal Federation of Trade Unions held the 2025 "Chengde Grand Craftsman" and "Chengde Craftsman" Annual Awards Ceremony at Hebei Vocational University of Petroleum and Technology. Fu Chunting, Director of the Intelligent Equipment Department at Baotong Mining (a subsidiary of Huaxia Jianlong), and Cheng Songling, Maintenance Section Chief of Chengde County Jianlong Mining, were honored with the prestigious "Chengde Craftsman" title.
Since joining Baotong Mining in 2011, Fu Chunting has devoted over a decade to advancing smart technology applications, exemplifying the craftsman ethos of "excellence, passion, and mastery in one’s field." Leading the company’s intelligent transformation, he collaborated with equipment manufacturers to tackle technical challenges, developing 3 intelligent devices and 6 critical software systems that boosted production efficiency by 20% and reduced energy consumption by 15%. His groundbreaking "Intelligent Control System for Crushing Workshops" earned the Group’s Scientific and Technological Progress Award. Fu also played a key role in establishing a smart centralized control platform, creating a closed-loop "perception-analysis-decision-execution" framework. His achievements include 8 invention patents (4 authorized) and 3 software copyrights, many of which broke through industry technical barriers, driving both corporate growth and sector-wide intelligent upgrading.
Since joining Chengde County Jianlong in 2020, Cheng Songling has honed exceptional welding skills through relentless dedication. During a critical ball mill cylinder repair project, he innovated a segmented coiled-tube replacement method: removing internal grinding media and liners, reinforcing the cylinder’s structure, and replacing the liner in four sections with precision welding and grinding to ensure bearing concentricity. The restored equipment has operated flawlessly since. Cheng’s expertise has earned him top accolades in multiple technical competitions, with his meticulousness and innovative spirit embodying the essence of craftsmanship.
The "Chengde Craftsman" honors not only recognize Fu and Cheng’s professional prowess and dedication but also underscore Huaxia Jianlong’s achievements in its "Three-Tier Talent Development Strategy."
