Huaxia Jianlong organized and held the kick-off meeting for the 2025 Work Safety Month activities. On May 26th, Huaxia Jianlong held the kick-off meeting for the Safety Production Month. This year marks the 24th National Safety Production Month. Huaxia Jianlong will carry out various activities under the theme of "Everyone Talks about Safety, Everyone Can Respond to Emergencies - Identifying Safety Hazards Around Us" to further enhance the safety awareness and emergency response skills of all employees and promote the continuous and stable development of the company's safety production. The leadership of Huaxia Jianlong, department managers, headquarters staff, middle and senior management of subsidiaries, and project managers of external cooperative units attended the kick-off meeting.

At the meeting, the document "Notice on the Adjustment of Personnel of the Safety Production Committee of Beijing Huaxia Jianlong Mining Technology Co., Ltd." was read out, and Li Lingchao, the manager of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department of Huaxia Jianlong, expounded on the "Huaxia Jianlong 2025 Safety Production Month Activity Plan".

Zhang Zhansheng, the deputy general manager of Huaxia Jianlong, put forward specific requirements for the Safety Production Month activities: First, comprehensively study and implement the activity plan, and steadily promote the implementation of the Safety Production Month activities. Second, the production and operation teams and safety management personnel of each subsidiary should refine their division of labor, clarify the responsible persons for supervision and handling, and be fully responsible for planning, supervising, and evaluating the activity results throughout the process. Third, underground mines should implement safety technical measures for roof management in the underground, and open-pit mines should strengthen the management of mining site slopes.

General Manager Li Jinqian pointed out that safety production should not merely remain at the level of systems, but should be deeply rooted in people's hearts, internalizing the safety concept into employees' voluntary actions and making safety awareness an instinct. General Manager Li combined the core viewpoints of the "Awareness Leadership" training with safety production and put forward specific requirements from six aspects: hazard analysis, warning education, leading by example, emergency drills, skills training, and focusing on effectiveness. He called on everyone to adopt a pragmatic attitude of "even if the mountain is ten thousand feet high, we only need to climb one step" to do safety work thoroughly and meticulously, and jointly safeguard the enterprise's safety lifeline.

Chairman Yuan Zanyong put forward strict requirements for the work of safety production from three dimensions: responsibility, behavior and attitude. Chairman Yuan emphasized that it is necessary to layer by layer implement the safety responsibility, look inward, deeply reflect and resolutely eliminate the ambiguous areas in the enterprise's safety management. Chairman Yuan demanded that the safety requirements must be strictly implemented without any discount or flexibility. Taking this Safety Production Month as an opportunity, the ability to identify hidden dangers and handle emergencies should be enhanced to comprehensively improve the company's safety production management level and truly achieve action, insight and growth. When talking about the work attitude, Chairman Yuan pointed out that the success or failure of work lies in the attitude, attitude determines height, and only by attaching importance can there be achievements. All levels must take this Safety Production Month seriously, implement the work with a strong sense of responsibility and mission, and leading cadres must go to the front line, strictly implement the mechanism of "problem traceability, rectification filing and closed-loop verification", and promote the realization of safety production goals with a pragmatic style.
