The 2nd HR & Admin Training Program and Specialist Meeting of Huaxia Jianlong was held at Capital University of Economics and Business


To continuously strengthen the construction of the "three teams", and comprehensively enhance the professional quality and management capabilities of the human resources and administrative professional line, in accordance with the company's annual training master plan, the second professional capability improvement class for the human resources and administrative professional line of Huaxia Jianlong and the professional line regular meeting were held in the News Lecture Hall of Capital University of Economics and Business from March 1st to 4th. Vice President of Jianlong Group and Chairman of Huaxia Jianlong, Yuan Zanyong, Executive Vice President of Huaxia Jianlong, Jin Wei, Professor Zhou Shien, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Management Department of the School of Labor Economics of Capital University of Economics and Business, Professor Sun Xiuli, Zhou Dan, President of Beis Talent Management Research Institute and Senior Vice President of Beisen Cloud Computing, and nearly 70 people related to the human resources and administrative professional line attended the training.

Professor Zhou Shen from the Department of Human Resource Management, School of Labor Economics, University of International Business and Economics, delivered a course on "Key Points of Performance Management", delving deeply into various control points in enterprise performance management from the formulation of performance plans to the methodology of performance management. Professor Sun Xiuli from the School of Labor Economics, University of International Business and Economics, presented a course on "Advanced Performance Management / Building and Managing High-Performance Teams", exploring from a humanistic perspective how to build and manage high-performance teams in human resource management. Zhou Dan, the director of the North森 Talent Management Research Institute and senior vice president of North森 Cloud Computing, gave a lecture on "Upgrading Talent Strategy in the Mining Industry under Digital Transformation", using talent inventory as an entry point to meticulously analyze the new trends in digitalization of mining industry talents.


During the two-day professional regular meeting, the human resources and administrative departments respectively reported the highlights, existing deficiencies and work plans for 2025 of each line in 2024. Liu Haiquan from Baotong Mining, Cai Liqun from Jindi Mining and Wang Baoliang from Luanping Jianlong successively shared the highlights of their work and management experiences in 2024, which were shared and promoted within the subsidiaries. Meanwhile, the managers of the housekeeping and catering departments of Beijing Yingkun Weijing Hotel were invited to give on-site presentations on housekeeping management and catering services, and the learning was simultaneously live-streamed online to comprehensively enhance the standardized service level of the entire company.


Jin Wei, the executive vice president, provided comments and work arrangements on the reports of the human resources and administrative professional lines respectively. Jin pointed out that the vice presidents in charge of each subsidiary and the personnel of the human resources professional line should actively adapt to the innovative breakthroughs of intelligent tools, focus on building systematic thinking and digital capabilities, continuously update the concepts and cognition of talent recruitment and training, and implement the key annual tasks such as organizational optimization, talent structure optimization, incentive mechanism optimization, and training model optimization. When discussing administrative work, Jin required that with refined management as the starting point, the standards of logistical services should be comprehensively improved, with the aim of enhancing quality and efficiency, and building a high-quality and efficient service guarantee system.


In his concluding remarks, Chairman Yuan Zanyong restated the definition of "what constitutes talent" at the current stage and further clarified the company's standards for selecting and employing personnel. Chairman Yuan emphasized that talent is the core driving force for the company's development. The human resources professional team should deeply understand the business logic, focus on the company's development goals, and gather a group of high-potential talents with unique ideas and innovative skills. They should break away from the selection criteria based solely on academic qualifications and experience, and pay attention to result orientation and quality capabilities to ensure that the team can handle tough tasks and win in critical moments. Chairman Yuan made it clear that the human resources profession should focus on the three core functions of "finding the right people, using people well, and retaining people", shape a cohesive corporate culture and image, enhance cognition, stimulate vitality, and continuously improve organizational efficiency and core competitiveness.
