Huaxia Jianlong Holds the 2026 Production Safety Committee Meeting and the Summary Meeting for the Safety Diagnosis Improvement Phase Conducted by WISCO Wuhan Safety and Environmental Protection Institute

On January 6, Huaxia Jianlong organized the 2026 Production Safety Committee Meeting and the Summary Meeting for the Safety Diagnosis Improvement Phase conducted by WISCO Wuhan Safety and Environmental Protection Institute. The meeting comprehensively summarized the safety work in 2025, thoroughly analyzed the current situation, and systematically deployed key production safety tasks for 2026. Li Jinqian, General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, attended the meeting, which was chaired by Li Zhi, the Safety Director.

Firstly, Yin Ligang, the project leader from WISCO Wuhan Safety and Environmental Protection Institute, presented the "Summary of the Comprehensive Safety Management Diagnosis Phase in 2025." The report comprehensively analyzed the management weaknesses in key areas such as slope treatment, tailings pond management, hoisting systems, and ventilation and power supply within the company. It also conducted an in-depth diagnosis from dimensions including management system, performance capabilities, and risk control.

Professor Lu Shuran from the Capital University of Economics and Business provided a special interpretation of the newly revised "Administrative Penalty Measures for Production Safety Violations." Combining the actual situation of mining enterprises, Professor Lu elaborated on the core changes in the regulations and law enforcement trends, emphasizing that amid increasingly stringent supervision, enterprises must regard legal and compliant operations as an inviolable lifeline, ensuring safety investment, staffing management institutions and personnel, and guaranteeing the rigid implementation of various regulations.

At the meeting, Li Dongfeng, Assistant General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong and General Manager of Jindi Mining, and Liu Hailong, Assistant General Manager of Zhurihe Copper Industry, made statements as representatives of subsidiaries. They solemnly pledged to focus on the identification and treatment of major hidden dangers and safety technology prevention and control to resolutely ensure the safe and stable operation of the enterprises.

Li Jinqian, General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong and Director of the Production Safety Committee, pointed out in his concluding speech that production safety is an absolute red line for the survival and development of enterprises and the top priority that overrides all others. Regarding safety work in 2026, he put forward three clear requirements: First, recognize the severe situation, remain highly vigilant, deeply learn from accident lessons, and completely abandon a mindset of luck; Second, adhere to a problem-oriented approach, dare to be tough and uncompromising, strive to achieve dynamic elimination of major hidden dangers, and continuously consolidate the foundation of safety management; Third, strengthen the rigidity of implementation, strictly assess and hold accountable, with leading cadres taking the lead, and implementing substantial rewards and penalties to ensure that safety responsibilities are firmly assigned and fulfilled at every level. General Manager Li emphasized that in 2026, it is essential to closely focus on the core objectives of "zero work-related fatalities and zero major environmental incidents," concentrate on key areas, guarantee funding, firmly assign and fulfill responsibilities, and strictly assess performance to lay a solid safety foundation for the company's high-quality development.

This meeting served as both a profound warning and education session and a pragmatic work deployment session. Huaxia Jianlong will take this meeting as a new starting point, act immediately with an extremely responsible attitude towards employees and the enterprise, and earnestly implement various safety tasks in 2026 to build an unbreakable safety barrier for the company's sustained, healthy, and stable development.
