In a significant move to deepen industry-education integration and collaborative talent development between enterprises and institutions, and to build a solid bridge connecting talent cultivation with employment, the opening ceremony for the Huaxia Jianlong 2025 Named Class and the Scholarship & Teaching Incentive Awards Ceremony were held on the morning of December 26, 2025. The event took place in the conference room of the Intelligent Manufacturing Department at Chengde Vocational College of Technology . Attendees included Gong Chunhua, Manager of the Human Resources and Administration Department of Huaxia Jianlong; Zhi Haitao, Deputy General Manager of Chengde County Jianlong, and personnel directors from subsidiary companies in the Chengde region; Hou Hongchang, Member of the College Party Committee and Vice President of Chengde Vocational College of Technology; Qi Fupu, Director of the Intelligent Manufacturing Department; Liu Zhigang, Secretary of the Department; along with honored teachers and students from the Intelligent Welding and Electromechanical Named Classes, and all class members, totaling over 90 participants.

Lü Qingyang from the Huaxia Jianlong Human Resources and Administration Department read aloud the "Decision on Awarding Scholarships and Teaching Incentives to Outstanding Students and Teachers of the School-Enterprise Cooperation Named Classes." Leaders from both the enterprise and the college presented awards to the outstanding students and teachers.

Gong Chunhua, Manager of Huaxia Jianlong's Human Resources and Administration Department, and Qi Fupu, Director of the Chengde Vocational College of Technology Intelligent Manufacturing Department, exchanged daily necessities and school supplies for the Named Class.

In her address, Manager Gong Chunhua expressed sincere gratitude to the college leadership and teachers for their hard work. She mentioned that the two parties have successfully conducted six sessions of the Named Class cooperation, involving over a hundred students in internships. The training model, which alternates work and study and integrates post requirements with curriculum, has supplied the enterprise with a large number of practical talents. Huaxia Jianlong and Chengde Vocational College of Technology have always adhered to the principle of "resource sharing, complementary advantages, and mutual benefit." Their collaboration has not only deepened through the Named Class training and the establishment of teaching and scholarship incentives but has also expanded to areas such as employee skill training and joint technical research. The college has conducted skill training for the enterprise in areas like electrician and welding, gradually building a comprehensive and in-depth new pattern of school-enterprise cooperation. This opening ceremony, she noted, is both a summary of past cooperative achievements and the start of a new journey.

Vice President Hou Hongchang, on behalf of the college, extended a warm welcome to the leaders from Huaxia Jianlong and expressed heartfelt thanks for the enterprise's long-term strong support of the college's educational endeavors. He reviewed the fruitful achievements since the cooperation began in 2020, highlighting that the "Three More, Three Better" results have become evident—more interactions and better rapport, with corporate culture entering the campus and skill lectures becoming a regular part of classrooms; more support initiatives and better education, with teaching and scholarship incentives continuously empowering the growth of teachers and students; and more employed graduates with better outcomes, as 34 graduates have so far joined Huaxia Jianlong, becoming key personnel within the enterprise. Vice President Hou placed high expectations on the Named Class students, urging them to hold themselves to strict standards with the dual identity of "quasi-employee" and "student." He encouraged them to strive to be exemplary in professional knowledge, vocational skills, and professional ethics, to cultivate their skills with a grateful heart, and to grow as soon as possible into high-quality technical talents that meet enterprise needs, living up to the dual expectations of both the school and the company.

Following the ceremony, leaders from both the enterprise and the college posed for a group photo with all teachers and students of the Named Class in front of the Chengde Vocational College of Technology library.
