Answering the Flood Alarm with Swift Action, Shouldering Responsibility | Huaxia Jianlong's Subsidiary Kuancheng Jianlong Rushes to Aid Flood-Stricken Areas in Kuancheng

The flood emergency is a call to action, and responsibility reflects our founding mission. Recently, Kuancheng County in Chengde City was hit by continuous heavy rainfall, triggering flood disasters in multiple areas under its jurisdiction, which left roads damaged, silt accumulated, and daily necessities at temporary resettlement sites in short supply, severely impacting the production and daily lives of local residents. Kuancheng Jianlong, a subsidiary of Huaxia Jianlong, immediately responded to the unified dispatch of the township flood control headquarters, actively coordinated with the Zhangzhangzi Village Committee, and launched a dual-front campaign to secure livelihoods with supplies and clean up homes using machinery. Through swift actions, robust resources, and heartwarming services, the company demonstrated the core social responsibility of Huaxia Jianlong—taking root in a region and giving back to the community—on the front lines of flood control and disaster relief.

Following the flood onslaught, basic living supplies such as food and drinking water ran short at the resettlement site in Zhangzhangzi Village, and addressing the urgent needs and concerns of the affected residents demanded immediate attention. After the disaster struck, Kuancheng Jianlong swiftly coordinated and allocated over 300 packages of various daily necessities, including rice, flour, instant noodles, milk, eight-treasure congee, and mineral water, transporting them directly to the village resettlement site via dedicated vehicles to be fully handed over to the village committee for unified distribution. Filled with care and warmth, these various living materials were rushed to the disaster-stricken area, effectively bridging the supply gap for the affected residents, resolving their pressing needs for food and drinking water, and bringing peace of mind and warmth to the flood victims through tangible care.

The receding of floodwaters does not mean the danger has passed. Road surfaces in the Xiaoqianpoyu area were heavily blanketed by silt carried by the flood, leaving the roads muddy, congested, and impassable. With post-disaster road clearing and environmental remediation tasks becoming highly pressing, Kuancheng Jianlong immediately activated its emergency rescue mechanism upon receiving the flood support directive. It rapidly dispatched engineering machinery and professional operators to the front lines to clear silt and obstacles. On-site, a collaborative operational model of "machinery clearing the way and manual sweeping" was adopted. Staff members worked in continuous shifts to tackle the challenges, making every effort to advance the clearance of main roads and the removal of silt, racing against the clock to reopen travel passages for the residents. Currently, the desilting and cleanup operations are still underway, accelerating the village's transition back to normal production and living conditions, and buying precious time for post-disaster reconstruction.
