Established in 2003 with a registered capital of RMB 35.15 million, Chengde Baotong Mining Co., Ltd. (Chengde Baotong) sits at Habaqin Village of Xiaoying Town, Luanping County, Chengde, Hebei. Nature of the Company: other limited liability company. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating mining, iron and phosphorus beneficiation, and comprehensive utilization of machine-made aggregates, and a large single mine in Luanping County. Now, it has a workforce of 630 members in Luanping, with five staff members holding technical titles, and 15% of its workforce have received junior college, bachelor's or master's degrees. It is mainly engaged in the mining of iron ore, with a mine area of 3.8818 km2 and an ore extraction scale of 10 million tons/year. It has an an annual output capacity of 1.10 million tons of iron concentrates, 0.36 million tons of phosphorus concentrates and 10 million tons of aggregates.

About Chengde Botong Mining

The Company resumed its production on June 15, 2016. Meanwhile, in order to recover iron and phosphorus from ores and reduce the tailings delivery cost, it launched a phosphorus beneficiation technical innovation project in May 2016, which was put into operation in September the same year. The iron tailings are concentrated and then undergo the process of one coarse, one cleaning and three fine flotations before phosphorus concentrates are acquired, while the phosphorus tailings are delivered to the tailings pond for stockpiling. The technical innovation project has created 18 jobs and made profits of over RMB 49 million each year. In the next step, the enterprise will focus on the research on comprehensive resource recovery and be committed to build green mines, promote the intelligent and automated production and construction and raise its value-added and risk resistance capacity. About Kuancheng Jianlong Mining

Kuancheng Jianlong Mining Co., Ltd. is located in Kuancheng Manchu County of Chengde, Hebei and at the center of the circle connecting the five cities of Beijing, Tianjin, Tangshan, Qinhuangdao and Chengde. At the beginning, its proven iron ore reserve was around 58 million tons, with an ore grade of 30.5%. After over 20 years of mining, now its ore reserve is 4.546 million tons, with an ore grade of 25.5%. The enterprise has an annual ore processing capacity of 0.60 million tons and an annual production capacity of 0.25 million tons of iron concentrates, and an annual output of 0.50 million tons of aggregates. As of the end of 2022, it realized a net profit of RMB 146.4609 million, a sales income of RMB 155.6520 million and a tax payment of RMB 34.6198 million. Currently, it has one mining workshop and one beneficiation workshop, five logistics offices and 377 on-duty employees.

Founded in 2003, Luanping Jianlong Mining Co., Ltd. is affiliated to Beijing Huaxia Jianlong Mining Science&Technology Co., Ltd. Located in the north of Luanping County, it is 50 km from Chengde City to the east, 28 km from Longhua County Seat to the north, and 8 km from Provincial Road 256. It is a joint-stock private enterprise with a registered capital of RMB 20 million, mainly engaged in the business of iron concentrates and aggregates. Currently, it has 370 employees, including 102 with an education of junior college and above and 43 technicians in professions such as geology, survey, mining, beneficiation and automation.

The Company is located at Zhurihe Town of Sunid Right Banner, Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, 5 km from National Road 208, with a favorable geographic location, convenient traffic and beautiful environment. (Jinshi Mining) was formerly known as Hebei State-controlled Jinshi Mining Co., Ltd. established in March 2011 by shareholders Hebei State-controlled Mining Development Investment Co., Ltd. and Beijing Huaxia Jianlong Mining Science & Technology Co., Ltd. In May 2023, its name was changed to the current one due to changes in equity of stock holdings.
