Huaxia Jianlong organized a themed event to celebrate International Women's Day (Goddess Day), titled "Gentle Shoulders, Strong Responsibilities: Women in Bloom, Radiating Brilliance"

On the occasion of the 115th International Women's Day, in order to fully showcase the spirit of women of Jianlong who are dedicated to their posts, innovative and devoted, to promote the new trend of the times of self-respect, self-confidence, self-reliance and self-improvement, and to encourage female employees to set benchmarks and strive for excellence in the company's "Year of Quality, Cost and Efficiency", highlighting the role of "half the sky", on March 7th, Huaxia Jianlong organized a "Welcome International Women's Day and 'Shoulder Heavy Responsibilities with Grace, Women Bloom with Splendor'" theme activity.

At the meeting, Yuan Baoli, the manager of the Human Resources and Administration Department of Huaxia Jianlong, read out the "Decision on Commending Outstanding Female Employees for Their Achievements in the New Era on the 2025 International Women's Day", and commended 18 outstanding female employee representatives who performed exceptionally well in the company's production and operation activities.

Xu Li from Baotong Mining, Wang Xiaojuan from Jindi Mining and Yang Xuan from Zhurihe Copper Industry made speeches as representatives of outstanding female employees. They shared their work experiences, growth journeys and valuable insights based on their own work realities, setting benchmarks for all female employees.

Ms. Jin Wei, the executive vice president of Huaxia Jianlong, on behalf of Chairman Yuan Zanyong and General Manager Li Jinqian, extended festival greetings and congratulations to all female employees. She expressed gratitude for their dedication and hard work in their respective positions with their unique feminine qualities, making positive contributions to the company's vigorous development.
During the symposium, Ms. Jin, based on her own insights, offered three suggestions regarding the growth and development of female employees. First, she encouraged everyone to draw strength from role models by sharing the inspiring stories of Chen Meng and Chen Luyu, advocating the learning of qualities such as tenacity and optimism, and maintaining an unwavering belief and the courage to continuously improve. Second, she emphasized the continuous assignment of responsibilities and the stimulation of potential. The company will continue to provide growth opportunities for employees, leveraging the exemplary role of outstanding female employees, while also hoping that female employees can balance their careers and families to achieve harmonious development in both. Third, she urged the pursuit of health and freedom, advocating for health as the foundation of life, the expansion of spiritual horizons, the courage to break through and innovate at work, and the pursuit of the true meaning of happiness in life. Finally, Ms. Jin highly affirmed the tenacity and bravery demonstrated by female employees in both their careers and lives, and wished all female employees a healthier, freer, and happier future.

Huaxia Jianlong organized a theme symposium titled "Shoulder Heavy Responsibilities with Grace and Let Women Shine with Splendor", and watched the special video "The Most Beautiful" featuring outstanding female employees. It encouraged the honored outstanding female employees to play a leading role, carry forward the spirit of "women are no less than men", and make great achievements on all fronts.
Baotong Mining Industry

Baotong Mining held the "Eternal Youth, Radiant as Spring" theme event, creating a festival feast for female employees. The event was rich and diverse, including the "Little Etiquette, Big Image" female workplace etiquette course to help female employees enhance their professional qualities; it also set up DIY mugwort hammer and French hat handicraft areas, and arranged fun games such as balloon stomping and relay races. The event not only highlighted the gentle and graceful demeanor of women, but also paid tribute to the tenacious and wise "she power" in a unique way.
Jindi Mining

Jindi Mining launched the "Encounter Clothing, Meet a More Beautiful You" theme activity. They organized female employees to watch the training video "How to Find Your Personal Dress Style" in the conference room on the fourth floor. During the event, everyone was fully concentrated and earnestly learned practical dressing skills such as color matching and clothing style selection, jointly embarking on a journey of transformation towards beauty.

Zhurihe Copper Industry launched the "Shoulder Heavy Responsibilities with Grace, Women Bloom in Splendor" Women's Day theme activity.
