Huaxia Jianlong Successfully Convened the 2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference

On January 8, 2025, the 2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference of Huaxia Jianlong was held at Baotong Mining in Chengde. Vice President of Jianlong Group and Chairman of Huaxia Jianlong, Yuan Zanyong, Vice Chairman of Huaxia Jianlong, Gao Shixian, as well as middle and senior management personnel from the Beijing headquarters and various subsidiaries, and representatives of outstanding employees attended the meeting. The conference was presided over by Zhou Zhenhua, Assistant General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong and General Manager of Baotong Mining.

At the meeting, Zhang Zong, the deputy general manager of Huaxia Jianlong, read out the "Decision on Commending Advanced Teams and Outstanding Individuals for the Year 2024".

The participants watched the award-winning videos of the recipients of various awards together, witnessing the outstanding performance of the excellent employees and teams.

After the award ceremony, the Chairman of Huaxia Jianlong, Mr. Yuan Zanyong, signed the 2025 performance contracts and safety production responsibility agreements with the general managers of each subsidiary. The signing of these contracts is not only about taking on targets and responsibilities but also about passing on confidence, trust, and belief. In the new year and on a new journey, it is required that all levels of management in the company live up to expectations and fulfill their missions, translate their commitments into actions, turn their goals into reality, and use outstanding business indicators as a strong backing for building a great enterprise, while fulfilling their duties and missions as business managers.

Chairman Yuan Zanyong delivered an important speech titled "Concentrate on Resource Development, Coordinate Regional Synergy, and Lead High-Quality Development with Technological Innovation." Mr. Yuan pointed out that in 2024, despite the decline in iron concentrate prices and the volatile external environment, the company, under the guidance of Chairman Zhang Zhixiang's annual work conference speech, actively responded to various risks and challenges, fully stabilized the production and operation order, and made certain progress in resource development, regional synergy, scientific research innovation, key projects, and talent cultivation. The external image and mental outlook of the employees have been refreshed. After a systematic analysis of the company's 2024 production and operation indicators, Mr. Yuan comprehensively summarized the achievements of 2024 from ten aspects: Daobao-Tong regional synergy, the rise of the non-ferrous metals sector, comprehensive utilization of resources, prospecting for new mines, project development, new energy development, marketing, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, basic management, and talent team building. He also pointed out the problems existing in the company in terms of safety management, license processing, and risk awareness, which were thought-provoking and worthy of reflection. Regarding the 2025 work plan, Mr. Yuan clearly defined the work tone of "Quality, Cost, and Efficiency Year" for 2025 and ten major work goals. He also made comprehensive plans and arrangements for the key tasks of the next stage from eight aspects: Daobao-Tong construction, Ximeng development, asset revitalization, comprehensive utilization, quality and cost, industrial synergy, intelligent upgrading, and performance assessment. Mr. Yuan called on everyone to start from mutual respect and take results as the ultimate goal, believe in the "power of belief," and love our industry from the bottom of their hearts. When aspiration, determination, and motivation are combined, there is nothing that cannot be achieved. Finally, Chairman Yuan Zanyong emphasized that Huaxia Jianlong provides a platform for every practical and ambitious person to start a business.
