At the beginning of the new year, Huaxia Jianlong Jindi Mining displayed a vivid picture of seizing every moment and vigorously implementing plans with the determination that the opening round is the decisive battle and the starting point is the sprint. Through scientific organization, concerted efforts, and all-out struggle, in January, the company achieved a molybdenum concentrate production of 401.37 tons, setting a new historical record and delivering an impressive "Prosperous Start" for the first month.

Guided by Goals, Precisely Focused Efforts, and Taking the Initiative

Entering 2025, Chairman Yuan Zhanyong proposed "Quality, Cost, and Efficiency Year" as the overall tone for the company's work throughout the year during the summary conference. He personally presided over the weekly safety production scheduling meetings, meticulously analyzed the key factors affecting production efficiency, and formulated rectification measures, requiring all subsidiaries and departments to strictly implement these measures. Jindi Mining thoroughly understood the company's strategic intent, strengthened holiday duty work, and, on the premise of ensuring safety and stability at the turn of the year, took "recovery rate, dilution rate, and operating rate" as the main focuses. It adjusted the mining operation points in a timely manner based on changes in ore grade, scientifically controlled the mining operation links, increased the mining of high-grade stopes, comprehensively improved production efficiency, and ensured stable production operation.

Intensive Cultivation, Grabbing the Opportunity to Continuously Set New Highs

To ensure stable production and achieve a "Prosperous Start" in the first month, Jindi Mining actively carried out pre-holiday ore preparation. In January, a total of 550,000 tons of ore were drilled and blasted, with more than 400,000 tons prepared for the holiday. The monthly grinding grade was 0.0778%, an increase of 10.4% compared to 2024. At the same time, measures such as recycling water before the plant, equipment inspection, and optimizing the reagent system were implemented to improve equipment operating efficiency. In January, the ball mill efficiency was 206.88 tons/hour, and the operating rate of grinding and floating equipment reached 99.44%. More encouragingly, the copper content in molybdenum concentrate was reduced to below 1%, and the molybdenum recovery rate reached 81.97%, an increase of 6.34 percentage points compared to 2024.

Fulfilling Responsibilities, All Staff Striving Together to Overcome Difficulties

While countless families were gathered for the reunion, Jindi Mining personnel took the mine as their home and their posts as their responsibility. Most employees voluntarily gave up their holidays and chose to stay on duty. During the Spring Festival, two members of the leadership team were on site every day to supervise, and all professional backbone staff in underground mining and processing were on duty, with the number of personnel on duty in the processing plant reaching 72.2%. Especially facing extreme cold weather of below -30°C for a consecutive week, Jindi Mining organized an emergency team to conduct 24/7 inspections, ensuring the normal operation of the production system.

Journey Continues, Improving Quality and Efficiency to Start a New Chapter

There are no shortcuts on the road ahead, only footprints. Next, we will focus on planning the annual target of 5,000 tons/year, the phased target of 20,000 tons/year, and the strategic layout of the Ximeng Nonferrous Base. These new challenges require Jindi Mining personnel to move forward bravely with firmer belief, grow continuously in challenges, and create brilliance through struggle. Our headquarters and other subsidiaries and project departments should emulate Jindi Mining's spirit of daring to take responsibility, striving to be advanced and first-class; learn from their attitude of overcoming difficulties, working solidly, and taking the initiative; and learn from their measures to stimulate grassroots vitality, continuously conduct scientific research and innovation, and optimize process indicators.
