The Successor Management Capacity Enhancement Class Opening Ceremony of Huaxia Jianlong was held at Capital University of Economics and Business
To deeply promote the "construction of three teams", comprehensively enhance the management awareness and skills of newly promoted cadres and reserve cadres, strengthen the construction of cadre talent echelon, enhance the core capabilities of the organization, and build an outstanding and powerful successor team, on the afternoon of June 2nd, the first Successor Management Capacity Enhancement Class of Huaxia Jianlong was inaugurated in the news report hall of Capital University of Economics and Business. Nearly 40 people, including Chairman Yuan Zhanyong, General Manager Li Jinqian and Executive Vice General Manager Jin Wei of Huaxia Jianlong, Vice President Yue Jianjun and Project Manager Zhou Yunyun of KeyLogic Group, Vice Dean Miao Rentao of the School of Labor Economics, and Vice Dean Wang Maolin of the School of Accounting of Capital University of Economics and Business, as well as teachers and trainees, attended the opening ceremony. Vice Dean Miao Rentao of the School of Labor Economics of Capital University of Economics and Business delivered a welcome speech.
Mr. Li Jinqian, General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, made an opening speech. In his speech, Mr. Li focused on five issues: "How to achieve high-quality development of mining enterprises, the talents truly needed by enterprises, how to cultivate generals who can fight and win battles, the qualities that excellent managers should have, and the key elements affecting the growth of cadres", provoking everyone’s thinking about the mission and responsibility of management personnel. Mr. Li said that the students of the first successor training class, as the future backbone of the enterprise, should bear the responsibilities and missions entrusted to them, cherish the rare opportunities, continuously improve themselves, pursue excellence, and jointly create a brilliant chapter for the future of Huaxia Jianlong!

Chairman Yuan Zhanyong of Huaxia Jianlong announced the opening of the first Successor Management Capacity Enhancement Class of Huaxia Jianlong and gave a speech titled Shaping Outstanding Leadership and Cultivating Extraordinary Successors. In his speech, Mr. Yuan emphasized that this training class focuses on in-depth learning from three aspects, "the key to successful team management, shaping leadership, and goal management", aiming to cultivate a group of outstanding successors with lofty ideals, professional skills, in-depth understanding of management and strategy, good ability to endure hardship, and strong willingness to strive. Finally, Mr. Yuan put forward three requirements for the students: first, the students should cherish this learning opportunity, to improve and show themselves, and to cultivate and select 10 excellent mine managers through the successor class; second, the students should learn and apply what they have learned in practice; third, only by setting high goals can goals be achieved and surpassed.
After the ceremony, all participants visited the University History Museum of Capital University of Economics and Business and took a group photo in Boyuan Building.
