Huaxia Jianlong Mineral Processing Professional Line Exchange and Sharing Conference Successfully Held at Baotong Mining

To systematically summarize the achievements in mineral processing work, promote cross-unit technical exchange and mutual learning, and precisely define the next phase of targeted research directions, the Huaxia Jianlong Mineral Processing Professional Line Exchange and Sharing Conference was successfully held at Baotong Mining on February 5. The conference, themed "Pooling Innovation, Sharing Technology, Targeting Key Challenges to Solve Tough Problems", focused on improving recovery efficiency for copper and precious metals, as well as resolving production bottlenecks, with the goal of enhancing overall recovery benefits across the entire system. Jianlong Group Vice President and Huaxia Jianlong General Manager Li Jinqian, along with Huaxia Jianlong Deputy General Manager and Baotong Mining General Manager Zhou Zhenhua, attended the meeting. A total of 52 technical backbones in mineral processing from 10 subsidiaries participated.

The conference began with a 2025 Mineral Processing Professional Work Report presented by Lu Weitao from the Production Technology Department. The report comprehensively summarized the completion of major technical and economic indicators for 2025, analyzed existing issues in the professional line's work, and outlined key tasks for 2026. Sales Department Manager Du Jinlong delivered a presentation titled "Pricing Rules for Copper and Precious Metals", analyzing from a market perspective the key pathways to enhance product value and providing strong data support for optimizing comprehensive recovery technologies.

In the technical exchange session, representatives, including Liu Pengze from Chengde County Jianlong, Yang Shuaifeng from Baotong Mining, Tan Rui from Zhurihe Copper Industry, Zhang Zuojin from Jindi Mining, shared specialized insights on technical achievements in comprehensive recovery of phosphorus, copper, molybdenum, and precious metals, application of "Four New" technologies, and future work plans. Participants engaged in lively discussions and in-depth exchanges on the difficulties and pain points encountered in production processes.

Deputy General Manager Zhou Zhenhua emphasized in his speech that the conference aims to implement Chairman Yuan Zhanyong's strategic requirements for strengthening comprehensive precious metals recovery and to promote the establishment of a "comprehensive recovery of minor metals" mindset within the mineral processing professional line. He highlighted two key directions: 1. Continuously optimize existing product recovery processes, break through traditional technical limitations, and explore diversified separation pathways; 2. Vigorously tap into the value potential of minor metals and strengthen research on new products. Meanwhile, General Manager Zhou proposed establishing a "Challenge-Reward" mechanism to incentivize R&D personnel in stages, and called for ongoing improvements on specific issues such as gold content in Zhurihe copper concentrates and pricing methods for Jindi gold.

General Manager Li Jinqian delivered the concluding remarks, outlining clear requirements for the company's mineral processing work in six aspects: 1. Define mine value through technology, adopt a multi-metal ore mindset, and fully unlock the potential of various elements; 2. Deepen lean management to achieve "recover all recoverable multi-metals, maximize recovery rates, minimize impurities to the greatest extent, and upgrade pricing grades wherever possible"; 3. Focus on priority topics, prioritizing research on directions with high value, strong benefits, and significant potential; 4. Strengthen collaborative research, break down inter-unit barriers, and promote cross-unit technology integration and joint innovation; 5. Promote experience sharing, systematically summarize and scale up improvements based on existing achievements; 6. Improve incentive mechanisms, establish and refine systems for sharing technical breakthrough results, and fully stimulate the innovation vitality of R&D personnel.

The successful holding of this exchange and sharing conference has built an efficient, collaborative, open, and shared technical exchange platform for the Huaxia Jianlong mineral processing professional line. It has further consolidated the development consensus of "seeking benefits from technology and breakthroughs from innovation", laying a solid foundation for the company's mineral processing technology upgrades and continuous improvement in comprehensive recovery capabilities in 2026.
