Huaxia Jianlong Holds Second-phase Top-level Design Seminar and Conducts Benchmarking Study at Zijin Mining

To broaden global perspective, draw on advanced experiences, and systematically plan the company's development strategy, from January 28 to 31, Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman of Huaxia Jianlong, led the company's middle and senior management team to Zijin Mining Group for in-depth benchmarking study and held the second-phase top-level design seminar of Huaxia Jianlong. This event combined on-site visits, discussion exchanges, revolution-themed education, and strategic discussions to benchmark against the production operations and organizational management of top global mining enterprises, build consensus, and explore the top-level design and implementation paths for Huaxia Jianlong to achieve leapfrog development.

On January 28, the team first arrived at the headquarters and core production units of Zijin Mining Group. At the Zijinshan Gold-Copper Mine, the team conducted on-site inspections of the open-pit mine, reclamation and greening efforts, and mine ecological restoration achievements, gaining a profound understanding of Zijin Mining's innovative practices in efficient utilization of low-grade resources, green mining, and sustainable development. Subsequently, the team visited the Zijin Geological Museum, further deepening the strategic understanding of "resources and geology priority." In the corporate culture exhibition hall, they systematically learned about Zijin Mining's development history, business philosophy, and innovation system, among other aspects, recognizing the gaps with the benchmark and clarifying their goals for striving forward.

After the visit, Xie Xionghui, Vice President of Zijin Mining, along with leaders from the legal affairs, information technology, and human resources departments, attended a discussion and exchange meeting. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on key issues such as talent incentives and organizational construction, digital transformation, market expansion strategies, deep integration of business and finance, and R&D mechanisms. Leaders from Zijin Mining provided detailed answers and shared their experiences based on their own practices, offering valuable references for Huaxia Jianlong's subsequent management improvements.

From January 29 to 31, the company invited experts from China Stone Management Consulting Co., Ltd. to organize a focused seminar on "Organization and Talent."

The seminar focused on core issues such as "Huaxia Jianlong's governance orientation and philosophy," "the construction of future organizational forms," and "talent selection criteria and allocation principles." Through expert guidance, group discussions, and consensus-building, it inspired the team to think deeply and actively express their views. Participants actively offered suggestions and ideas by combining the insights gained from benchmarking against Zijin Mining with the company's actual situation, and preliminary directional consensus was reached on multiple key issues.

In his concluding speech at the seminar, Chairman Yuan Zhanyong emphasized that the company's strategic vision of advancing towards top global mining companies should not remain merely a slogan but requires everyone to shoulder their responsibilities and coalesce into a powerful group. Chairman Yuan pointed out that the most solid support for strategy lies in talent, and only by building a strong organizational system can the strategy truly be implemented. Meanwhile, Chairman Yuan called on everyone to combine the company's top-level design with their personal life designs. Life design is essentially self-management and self-discipline. All colleagues should inspire each other, spread positive energy, and continue to strive under the guidance of a common vision.

During the event, the study team visited the site of the Gutian Conference. By visiting the revolutionary site, and reviewing the arduous entrepreneurial journey, the team was guided to deeply perceive the spiritual strength of unifying thoughts, strengthening beliefs, and persevering through hardships, further enhancing the management's sense of mission and cohesion.
