Jianlong Huaxia Holds Study Seminar on Chairman Zhang Zhixiang's Work Report


To further deepen understanding of the key themes in Chairman Zhang Zhixiang’s work report, effectively align the thinking and actions of all company cadres and employees with the report’s directives, build consensus for development, clarify work directions, refine implementation measures, and advance all tasks with high quality, Jianlong Huaxia organized a study seminar on Chairman Zhang Zhixiang’s work report on February 10. Mid-level and above managers from the headquarters and leadership teams of subsidiary companies attended the meeting.

General managers of Jianlong Huaxia’s subsidiaries and heads of headquarters departments shared their insights and implementation ideas based on practical business operations. All participants agreed that the report provides clear direction for the high-quality development of the mining sector and various professional lines. Subsidiaries will anchor their efforts to the group’s strategic goals, focus on the core tasks of resource reserve expansion and comprehensive utilization, accelerate exploration and resource development, deepen cost reduction and efficiency improvement across all processes, tackle technical challenges such as mineral processing optimization and rare metal recovery, while accelerating digitalization and green mine construction. They will also strengthen the cultivation and development of professional talent and echelon building, and firmly uphold the bottom lines of safety and integrity in development. Professional lines will deepen technological research and business innovation based on their responsibilities, enhance professional support and internal coordination, and strive for the simultaneous improvement of professional capabilities and operational efficiency.

The leadership team of Jianlong Huaxia, guided by the core requirements of Chairman Zhang Zhixiang’s work report and their respective areas of responsibility, systematically outlined the work directions and implementation measures for 2026. Team members unanimously emphasized the need to integrate the development philosophy centered on operations, customer orientation, and professional drive into the entire management process, and to advance the company’s high-quality development with a broader perspective and more concrete measures. Additionally, they stressed the importance of strengthening talent development and professional line building, strictly guarding against risks related to investment, integrity, and safety, improving closed-loop control systems for engineering management and supply chain operations, empowering management efficiency through digitalization, fostering synergy for development through professional collaboration, and implementing robust measures to enhance operational effectiveness and capability across all lines, ensuring the group’s strategic directives are effectively executed.

In his concluding remarks, General Manager Li Jinqian emphasized the paramount importance of integrity and self-discipline, urging the reinforcement of ideological and institutional defenses to foster an environment where corruption is "unwanted, impossible, and feared." He also highlighted the critical need to prioritize the development of cadres and professional talent, adhering to the principle of selecting individuals with both integrity and competence, and strengthening the building of managerial teams to provide solid organizational support for the company’s growth. Addressing the current challenging market conditions, Mr. Li called for a heightened sense of crisis across the company, focusing on key areas such as "resource expansion, investment control, production management, cost reduction, and synergy building." He stressed the importance of strengthening internal capabilities to ensure survival and pursue development. Regarding work arrangements before and after the Spring Festival, Mr. Li particularly emphasized the need to steadfastly uphold safety production standards, ensure continuous and stable production, closely monitor the progress of key projects, and utilize the holiday period for deep reflection and advance planning. This will ensure a swift transition back to work after the holiday, enabling the company to fully commit to its goals and successfully achieve its annual operational targets.
