Huaxia Jianlogn and Xinlingol Vocational College Hold School-Enterprise Cooperation and Opening Ceremony for Corporate-sponsored Class
On the morning of May 28, Huaxia Jianlong and Xilingol Vocational College (hereinafter referred to as: XVC) held a school-enterprise cooperation and an opening ceremony for the corporate-sponsored class. The ceremony was attended by around 80 participants, including Jin Wei, the Executive Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, Li Dongfeng, the General Manager of Jindi Mining, Ma Yushun, the General Manager of Jurh Copper Industry, Gong Chunhua, the Manager of Human Resources and Administration Department of Huaxia Jianlong, Yang Fuyou, the Dean of XVC, Orgil, the Director of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department, along with the Deputy General Manager in charge of the Inner Mongolia regional subsidiary of Huaxia Jianlong, faculty members, and student representatives.
Dean Yang Fuyou of XVC extended a warm welcome to the delegation led by General Manager Jin and expressed hearty congratulations on the commencement of the corporate-sponsored class. In his speech, Dean Yang highlighted that initiating the sponsored class was about integrating school and enterprise resources, establishing an effective cooperative education mechanism between schools and enterprises, fostering the organic integration of the educational chain and talent pipeline with the industrial and innovation chain, and promoting the development of a closely connected, mutually beneficial, and multi-win community. With the signing of the contract on the Huaxia Jianlong sponsored class, the college will explore new approaches for closer school-enterprise cooperation under the principles of resource sharing, complementary advantages, and mutual benefit for win-win outcomes, thereby supporting high-quality economic development. Meanwhile, he hoped that students would cherish the platform provided by the sponsored class, work hard to practice and hone their skills, and grow into exceptional technical and skilled professionals sooner, so as to better fulfill their personal values, give back to the enterprise and society.
Jin Wei, the Executive Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, expressed her heartfelt gratitude for the support and assistance from the leadership of XVC and briefly introduced the basic information of Jianlong Group and Huaxia Jianlong. General Manager Jin stated that this school-enterprise cooperation aligned with the company's transformation and demands in multiple aspects: firstly, the demand for digitalization, intelligentization, and green enterprise transformation; secondly, the demand for grassroots technical personnel from vocational colleges; thirdly, the demand for multi-level talent development; and fourthly, the adaptation to future internationalization and globalization. In line with Huaxia Jianlong's ambition to build a great enterprise and advance towards becoming a top global mining company, General Manager Jin outlined a promising prospect for the students of the corporate-sponsored class from four aspects: a professional growth platform for fresh graduates, a comprehensive training system, competitive salaries and benefits, and well-established "teaching award" and "scholarship" incentive mechanisms. Finally, General Manager Jin encouraged all students to work hard with enthuisiasm in life, stay hopeful with the future, and show their talent in the next stage of life.
Jin Wei, the Executive Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, and Dean Yang Fuyou of XVC signed a school-enterprise cooperation framework agreement and held a plaque awarding ceremony.
Li Dongfeng, the General Manager of Jindi Mining, and Ma Yushun, the General Manager of Jurh Copper Industry, handed over daily necessities and learning supplies for the corporate-sponsored class to Orgil, the Head of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department.
After the ceremony, leaders from both the college and the enterprise took a commemorative photo with all teachers and students of the corporate-sponsored class in front of the Xilingol Vocational College’s library.
Over the years, Huaxia Jianlong has closely cooperated with multiple universities including Central South University, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Northeastern University, and Taiyuan University of Technology, continuously delivering excellent graduates for the development of the enterprise and offering talent support at various levels. In the future, it will continue to deepen school-enterprise cooperation, cooperate with more universities, and leverage the resource advantages of both sides to promote the deep integration of industry, academia, and research, build talent training bases and scientific innovation bases with industry characteristics, making positive contributions to the local economy and social development.
