Successful First Trial of Tailings Conveying System at Luanping Jianlong Mining


On March 8, 2025, the tailings conveying system at Luanping Jianlong Mining, a subsidiary of Huaxia Jianlong, achieved a seamless first trial run with material loading. Through precise coordination of thickeners, feeding pumps, and diaphragm pumps, coupled with technological innovation, the system resolved challenges in tailings transportation, ensuring stable operation of the 8-kilometer pipeline with all parameters meeting design standards. The successful commissioning of this system not only significantly enhances resource utilization efficiency and strengthens the company’s industry competitiveness but also sets an exemplary model for long-distance, high-density tailings transportation in the mining sector. This milestone marks a major breakthrough for Huaxia Jianlong in advancing green mine construction and intelligent upgrading.
Previously, traditional tailings dry discharge methods suffered from high energy consumption, operational complexity, and environmental risks. As a pioneer in green mining, Luanping Jianlong Mining has adhered to the philosophy of "maximizing resource efficiency and achieving zero pollution." Since launching its tailings conveying system upgrade project in 2021, the company introduced a fully closed-loop process integrating "high-efficiency thickeners + intelligent feeding pumps + high-pressure diaphragm pumps." After three years of R&D and testing, the system was officially deployed this year, establishing a new benchmark for tailings management in the industry.
