Completion and Commissioning of Centralized Grinding and Dressing Technical Renovation Project of Luanping Jianlong

On June 18, 2026, the centralized grinding and dressing technical renovation project of Luanping Jianlong held an official completion ribbon-cutting ceremony, and the entire production line entered the commissioning and trial operation stage. Construction broke ground on April 1, and the brand-new modern grinding and dressing workshop was completed in merely 79 days before commissioning and trial run. Supported by process optimization and high-efficiency construction, the project delivered a vital production line upgrade, marking a crucial stride forward in improving product quality and cutting energy consumption for the plant’s mineral processing procedures.

Process Innovation: Restructure Production Lines to Cut Energy Consumption

Before the renovation, materials of the original grinding and dressing system needed repeated cross-plant transportation, which created lengthy logistics chains and persistently high energy consumption, greatly limiting the growth of production capacity and economic benefits. Adhering to the concept of "more crushing, less grinding", the project reconstructed the entire process with high-pressure roller mills as core equipment. The discharge particle size of equipment is strictly controlled below -3mm to replace part of high-energy-consuming ball milling processes. The production flow is streamlined with secondary grinding removed; slurry treatment forms a closed-loop operation within the plant, eliminating energy loss caused by cross-area material conveyance.
The new main workshop has been equipped with an additional 18 sets of five-layer high-frequency fine screens and 4 sets of 2CTB1550 magnetic separators. These devices realize high-efficiency screening and early gangue removal, tackling problems including over-grinding and poor classification. With a total investment of more than 17 million yuan, the project made full use of and renovated original core equipment to revitalize existing assets, achieving systematic process upgrading at low cost.

All-Staff Joint Effort: Unite as One to Rush the Construction Schedule

The project’s ultra-fast completion and commissioning within 79 days was achieved through coordinated efforts of Huaxia Jianlong Headquarters, Luanping Jianlong, frontline teams and external specialists. Senior management of Luanping Jianlong took the lead in setting up a special task force. It coordinated four major disciplines, namely production technology, ore crushing, grinding & dressing and safety, to jointly advance core working procedures such as equipment dismantling, heavy hoisting and pipeline laying. All renovation materials were allocated and delivered in good order to ensure uninterrupted on-site construction.
In terms of technology, the company’s internal mineral processing specialists worked together with external equipment engineers stationed on site to customize renovation plans according to actual operating conditions, solving various process and equipment problems in a timely manner. All staff at every level kept the commissioning target firmly in mind and refined every detail such as pipeline layout and equipment installation. Thanks to solid joint efforts from all sides, this highly difficult technical renovation task was completed as scheduled.

Upgrade Efficiency and Embark on a New Journey of Green Transformation

The completion and commissioning of the project on June 18 opened up new prospects for Luanping Jianlong to reduce costs, raise efficiency and build green intelligent mines. The elimination of cross-plant material transportation fundamentally controls dust pollution and streamlines management processes. Restructured production processes continuously lower energy consumption and effectively strengthen the enterprise’s operational resilience against market fluctuations.
Going forward, Huaxia Jianlong will take this renovation project as a benchmark model to drive benchmarking improvement and iterative optimization across all its subsidiaries. Through continuous technical process transformation, the Group will boost the green and low-carbon transformation of the whole industry chain and steadily march toward high-quality and sustainable development
