Huaxia Jianlong organized and carried out a "Salute to Her Power - Marching Towards the New with Light" theme activity to celebrate International Women's Day.

On the occasion of the 116th International Women's Day, in order to fully showcase the contemporary spirit of women in Jianlong who bravely take on responsibilities, pursue their dreams, and forge ahead with determination, and to inspire all female employees to excel in their positions and make new achievements in the company's high-quality development journey, on March 6th, Huaxia Jianlong organized a "Welcome International Women's Day and Salute to Her Power: Marching Forward with Light" theme activity. The event was hosted by Gong Chunhua, the manager of the Human Resources and Administration Department.

At the meeting, Yuan Baoli from the Human Resources and Administration Department of Huaxia Jianlong read out the "Decision on Commending Outstanding Female Employees for the 'Chasing Light and Moving Forward' International Women's Day 2026", commending 24 outstanding female employees who have performed exceptionally well in the company's production and operation activities. Liu Yajie from Huaxia Jianlong and Hu Xuying from Chengde County Jianlong spoke as representatives of outstanding female employees. They shared their work experiences, growth journeys and valuable insights based on their own work realities, setting an example for all female employees.

Huaxia Jianlong organized a "Chasing the Light, Moving Forward" themed symposium, watched the festival-themed video "Blooming Flowers, Drawing the Original Aspiration", and specially invited EAP workplace growth psychological trainer Shi Xueyuan to provide professional psychological empowerment for female employees.
