The magnetic separation process saw comprehensive equipment upgrades, including the introduction of LCTC-1236 full-countercurrent magnetic separators with 5000Gs magnetic fields, achieving a technical breakthrough of 57.09% iron content in pyrrhotite. The flotation system optimized its process flow, replacing traditional three-stage scavenging with direct concentrate production from roughing. Coupled with six 24m³ flotation cells extending processing time by 30% to 33 minutes, the operation now maintains sulfur-iron composite grades above 88% with recovery rates surpassing 94%. These innovations not only mitigated ore grade fluctuations but boosted daily concentrate output by 18-20% year-on-year.

Precision control across production chains has been strengthened through "daily scheduling, weekly analysis, and monthly review" protocols, with real-time monitoring of operational metrics. Standardized operating procedures ensure strict control over process variations, guaranteeing product quality consistency. The installation of additional tailings recovery equipment enhanced the comprehensive extraction rate of sulfur-iron elements by 2%, achieving near-total resource utilization.
