Huaxia Jianlong Holds Team Development & Lean TnPM Management Review and Recognition Conference, Alongside Smart Equipment Professional Line Meeting



On March 28-29, 2025, the 2024 Annual Team Building and Lean TnPM Management Summary and Commendation Conference of Huaxia Jianlong, along with the Professional Line Meeting on Intelligent Equipment, was held in the News Lecture Hall of Capital University of Economics and Business. Over 80 people attended the event, including Vice President of Jianlong Group and Chairman of Huaxia Jianlong, Yuan Zanyong, Executive Vice President of Huaxia Jianlong, Jin Wei, vice presidents in charge of team building and intelligent equipment from each subsidiary of Huaxia Jianlong, relevant personnel from the intelligent equipment professional line, project promotion leaders, award recipients, and contestants of the team story competition.

Intelligent Professional Line Regular Meeting

On the 28th, the business leaders in charge of the intelligent center at the headquarters respectively reported on the highlights and shortcomings of the intelligent equipment professional line in 2024 in terms of automation, intelligence, informatization, energy management, and equipment management. They also presented the work plans for 2025 and the intelligent mine planning.

The conference invited Qi Kemin, the senior technical manager of the International First-Class Demonstration Mine Promotion Center of Shandong Gold Group, to give a special lecture on "The Practice of Intelligent Mine Construction of Shandong Gold". Zhang Nianlong, the director of automation technology of Maanshan Iron & Steel Luohu Mining Co., Ltd. of Baowu Group, shared the topic "Exploration and Practice of Intelligentization of Luohu Mine". Shi Aijia, the general manager of technical support for the mining business of Metso (Tianjin) Investment Co., Ltd. in the Greater China region, gave a special lecture on "Introduction to Metso's Crushing Technology".

Summary Meeting of Lean TnPM Management

On the morning of the 29th, at the summary meeting of Lean TnPM management, Yang Shuliang, the director of the Intelligent Center of Huaxia Jianlong, read out the "Decision on Commending Advanced Collectives and Outstanding Individuals in the 2024 Lean TnPM Management Project", commending outstanding individuals, teams and promoters who have achieved excellence in the "Lean TnPM Management Project". Wang Zixuan from the Intelligent Center and Shan Yongqi from the Human Resources and Administration Department respectively summarized the equipment management work and the lean TnPM management project for the year 2024, reporting the outstanding work, existing deficiencies of each subsidiary, and the work plans for 2025.

Hu Yonghui, director of the Spare Parts and Service Department of North Mine Electromechanical of Mining and Metallurgy Group and a senior engineer, delivered a special lecture on "Development and Application Practice of Super-large Flotation Machines and Fine Particle Flotation Machines for Enhanced Resource Recovery". Yu Peifeng, deputy general manager of the R&D Center of Huamou Consulting Company, shared his insights on "Systematic Thinking, Lean Work, and Pooling Systemic Strength to Achieve New Performance in Equipment Management".

Summary Meeting on Team Building

On the afternoon of the 29th, at the summary and commendation meeting for team building, Gong Chunhua, the manager of the Human Resources and Administration Department of Huaxia Jianlong, read out the "Decision on Commending Advanced Collectives and Outstanding Individuals in Team Building for 2024", commending 58 outstanding individuals, 24 advanced collectives, and 3 units.

The person in charge of the team building project, Shan Yongqi, summarized the team building project for 2024, reporting on the highlights, shortcomings and work plans for 2025 of each subsidiary. Hu Weiwei from Chengde County Jianlong and Li Pengfei from Jindi Mining respectively summarized and reported on the "Passing on Knowledge, Maximizing Medicinal Value" project.

Yang Jinxia, the project director of Bajiu Consulting Company, provided a comprehensive interpretation of the team building plan for 2025. Focusing on four key tasks - upgrading basic management, deepening indicator management, implementing lean improvement, and cultivating talent teams - she also emphasized the simultaneous promotion of the smart team building platform, the establishment of a complete standard system framework, and the in-depth implementation of the "Five Ones" for teams and the "Six Ones" for positions. She continuously deepened the model where everyone in the team is an operator.

"Team Story Telling Contest" Activity

To showcase the practical achievements of each subsidiary in building corporate culture at the team level, inspire employees' sense of belonging and team spirit, and promote the rooting of corporate culture, the company held the "Tell Our Team Stories" competition. After intense competition, Liu Liqun from Baotong Mining won the first prize, Chen Yanlei and Lin Hua from Chengde County Jianlong won the second prize, and Wu Yuli from Kuancheng Jianlong, Hu Wenyun from Chengde County Jianlong, and Liu Shumin from Luanping Jianlong won the third prize.

Jin Wei, the executive vice president, provided comments and work arrangements on the reports about intelligent equipment management and team building. Starting from the "three upgrades", Jin Wei, in accordance with the instructions of President Yuan, put forward specific requirements for the company's intelligent construction: First, the ideological concept needs to be upgraded. Intelligence is not only a technological upgrade but also a reshaping of management concepts and employee values. Second, the management thinking needs to be upgraded. Attention should be paid to the value logic, and the "business map" thinking should be established to make management transparent and efficient. Third, the system construction needs to be upgraded. Each company should master the business panorama and planning of the company's digital system, and promote the project in a coordinated manner to ensure that intelligence is transformed into management efficiency. When talking about team building, Jin Wei emphasized that four key things must be focused on: First, strengthen the business awareness, so that every employee can calculate their own "profit account", and establish a refined control mechanism for quality, cost and benefit, truly achieving "everyone is a business operator". Second, strengthen management coordination, integrate the resources of consulting projects, digital systems and professional teams to form a synergy. Third, consolidate the standardization construction, extend it to the team level and solidify it to the position level, so that every task has rules to follow. Fourth, promote improvement through benchmarking management. Externally, interact and exchange with industry standard enterprises, and internally, let benchmark teams and individuals lead by example to create a team brand with the characteristics of Huaxia Jianlong.

Chairman Yuan Zanyong delivered a speech titled "Comprehensively Igniting the High Tide of Intelligence and Building High-Quality Digitalization", outlining the development direction and action path for intelligent equipment management and team building in terms of enterprise digital and intelligent transformation, organizational construction, talent cultivation, and value creation. Chairman Yuan emphasized that intelligent construction is the core driver for enterprises to break through traditional management models. It is necessary to promote the digital transformation of the entire chain through technological innovation and process reengineering, and require all employees to establish a data-driven mindset to enhance efficiency and benefits through refined management. In terms of talent cultivation, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the leading person mechanism and build a working pattern where "everyone has an indicator on their shoulders and everyone has a sense of responsibility in their hearts". Chairman Yuan pointed out that activities such as project sharing and "I tell the team story" are not only platforms for showcasing individual abilities but also important carriers for transmitting positive energy and uniting team strength. Through mechanism innovation and cultural guidance, the potential of employees should be tapped, a learning organization should be built, and every employee should be able to realize their self-worth in their positions.
Looking to the future, Chairman Yuan proposed "three major goals": to drive industry progress with intelligence as the engine, to reshape the management model through digital transformation, and to achieve the organic unity of employee happiness and enterprise efficiency through value creation. He called on all employees to take on the role of "owners" and engage in business practices with a goal-oriented, data-driven, and leading person responsibility system approach, to build a new development pattern where "everyone is an operator".
