Opening Ceremony of Huaxia Jianlong HR and Administration Professional Capability Enhancement Class

In order to implement Chairman Zhang Zhixiang's directives on strengthening the construction of the "three teams," carry out Chairman Yuan Zhanyong's talent development strategy, practice the concept that "human resources are the primary resource," and comprehensively enhance the professional quality and management capabilities of the human resources and administration personnel, the first session of the Huaxia Jianlong Human Resources and Administration Professional Capability Enhancement Class and its opening ceremony took place on August 30th in the News Report Hall of the Capital University of Economics and Business. The opening ceremony was attended by Jianlong Group’s Vice President and Huaxia Jianlong’s Chairman Yuan Zhanyong, Huaxia Jianlong’s Executive Deputy General Manager Jin Wei, Professor He Qin, the Party Secretary of the School of Labor Economics at the Capital University of Economics and Business, Deputy Party Secretary Professor Liu Yi, Vice Deans Professor Jiang Hua and Professor Miao Rentao, as well as nearly 70 teachers and students.

Professor He Qin highly praised Chairman Yuan Zhanyong's business philosophy of "while developing one resource, striving to cultivate a new one" during her speech. Professor He Qin stated that human resources are the most dynamic and have the highest long-term return on investment among all resources and capital. The leadership team of Huaxia Jianlong has accurately grasped the core driving force for high-quality enterprise development through practical actions. Besides, she hoped that the successful implementation of this school-enterprise cooperation would provide a good platform for theoretical and practical learning and growth for human resource personnel.

Mrs. Jin elaborated the significant meaning of continuously deepening school-enterprise cooperation in terms of professional team building and vocational skill enhancement and shared her insights on the future trends and requirements of human resources and administrative management based on her own experience. Mrs. Jin pointed out that improving human efficiency was a top priority for our future work; attention should be paid to the impact of new technologies such as AI technology on human resource work; the iteration and upgrading of talents were both hopes and requirements; we should enhance our cultural management abilities and service quality to shape our brand and culture. From the level of top-level thinking and logic, she pointed out the direction for the next steps in personnel and administrative work.

Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman of Huaxia Jianlong, made a concluding speech, setting a goal for all participants to "become an excellent human resources manager." He encouraged everyone to recognize their mission, clarify their role, find the right standards for self-evaluation, and strive to grow into an all-round talent, build excellent culture, promote the corporate spirit and develop a harmonious environment. Meanwhile, he hoped that everyone would approach the upcoming training courses with questions, love what they do, think deeply, study and master the ability to formulate rules, and understand the working methods and processes of human resources professionals. Finally, Chairman Yuan hoped that all participants would cherish this hard-won learning opportunity, broaden their horizons, enhance their abilities in the practice, and use talent as an engine to achieve iterative drive and overtake in curves as the company progresses towards becoming a global top mining company.

It is reported that this Human Resources and Administration Professional Capability Enhancement Class has a total of 59 participants undergoing six sessions of training over 20 days, covering 25 professional courses, with more than 10 experts and professors involved in the teaching.
