On the morning of May 23, 2023, the signing ceremony of R&D cooperation on multi-element comprehensive extraction technology of vanadium and titanium materials in Luanping County was held in Baotong Mining, Chengde. The signing ceremony was attended by about 80 attendees, including Ma Xuemin, Deputy Secretary of CPC Luanping County Committee and Chief of Luanping County Government, Li Guoxing, Deputy Secretary of CPC Luanping County Committee, Yuan Zhanyong, Vice President of Beijing Jianlong Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd., Chairman of Beijing Huaxia Jianlong Mining Technology Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Chengde Baotong Mining Co., Ltd., and Yuan Xuetao, Deputy General Manager of Science and Technology Development Department of China National Research Group Co., Ltd. and Yang Yihong, the Chief Engineer of BGRIMM Technology Co., Ltd. It was presided over by Hao Liguo, a member of the Standing Committee of CPC Luanping County Committee and Director of Organization Department.

After the signing ceremony, Zhou Zhenhua, General Manager of Baotong Mining, led everyone to Baotong Intelligent Control Center. Yang Shuaifeng, Manager of Baotong Mining Technology Department, showed everyone around Baotong Technology Department and R&D Center. In the afternoon, Zhou Zhenhua, General Manager of Baotong Mining, showed experts from research institutions around Baotong's phosphorus selection workshop, slag separation workshop, Xigou mining area, and other places, where he gave an introduction to the company.
This signing ceremony is of great significance and far-reaching impact, which aims to build a tripartite cooperation system of "industry, academia, research and application" led by the government, supported by enterprises, and scientific research institutions.
