Huaxia Jianlong Participated in the 20th China team building Excellent Practice Sharing Summit
From April 25 to April 26, 2023, the 20th China team building Excellence Practice Sharing Summit, themed with "Initiating Metaorganizations and Empowering a New Era," was held in Beijing, which was joined by nearly 300 participants from over 50 enterprises. This summit has released an upgrade from traditional team building to formal organization, and the latest development achievements from imitating SBU, UEP, and amoeba to Chinese styled metaorganizations, experiencing a new scenario of "field empowerment". At the summit, there was an in-depth exchange of the achievements of the grassroots empowerment ecosystem of "collaborative creation, ecological symbiosis, and value sharing". We jointly discussed the establishment of an organizational empowerment ecosystem, and will work with participating enterprises to create a strong all-ecological empowerment alliance, continuously promoting the high-quality development of Chinese enterprises.

At the Summit, Liu Haiquan, the person in charge of promoting team building of the company, held a sharing themed with "organizational empowerment, full participation, employee happiness, and enterprise efficiency", and demonstrated the nine methods for promoting team building at the group level. He said that under the unified deployment of the company, the team building, with the vision of "employee happiness+business efficiency", adopted the "superposition method" to promote the practice of making plans by senior management, building infrastructures by mid-level management and implementing the plans by the grassroots. Through years of efforts of all leaders and employees, the team building has constantly consolidated the basic management, stimulated the progress of personnel vitality, shown innovation and improvement, upgraded the on-site environment, and improved the performance indicators, thus boosting safe production and stable operation for the company.
Jin Wei, Executive Vice General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, was invited to attend the summit and gave a sharing titled "Humanistic Spirit as the Connotation, Lean Management as the Core, Promoting Continuous Improvement and Creating Value for Enterprises". She first introduced the development process of Jianlong Group and Huaxia Jianlong, and then shared the four-point positioning and model creation of the team building:
The four-point positioning of team building involves a platform for learning and empowerment, a starter of basic management, a base for talent cultivation, and a carrier for value creation.
A unique management model where "everyone is an operator" for Huaxia Jianlong is to be built to strengthen the four awareness of all employees: cost awareness, autonomy awareness, goal awareness, and customer awareness.
At last, she expressed her expectations to the team building of the company: firstly, establish Huaxia Jianlong "smart teams" based on eight mechanisms and internal systems, and achieve digital transformation of teams; secondly, make constant innovation and improvement, establish innovation studios and business studios, build a full staff technology innovation organizational model, and lead the comprehensive development of the company with innovation; lastly, further deepen integration in industry, finance, specialty, platform and tooling, and in-depth research, to serve the goal of creating values for the enterprise and building a great enterprise.
