Chen Rongli, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of Henan Xinlianxin Chemical Industry Group, Led a Delegation to the Company for Team Building Discussion

On April 24, 2023, Chen Rongli, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of Henan Xinlianxin Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xinlianxin Group), led a delegation to the company for an exchange. Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman of Huaxia Jianlong, Jin Wei, Executive Vice General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, and relevant personnel participated in the exchange activity.

(hereinafter referred to as Xinlianxin Group), led a delegation to the company for an exchange. Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman of Huaxia Jianlong, Jin Wei, Executive Vice General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, and relevant personnel participated in the exchange activity.

Mr. Yuan welcomed the arrival of Xinlianxin delegation and introduced the development process and strategic planning of Jianlong Group. He pointed out that team building is of great significance and an essential tool for enterprise management. Team building is the foundation of organizational construction, talent cultivation, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement for enterprises, and the foundation of enhancing core competitiveness.

Chairman Chen of Xinlianxin Group introduced the development process of Xinlianxin Group, stating that in order to support the rapid corporate development, it is necessary to continuously improve the professional quality of grassroots employees and the organizational ability of grassroots managers. Xinlianxin officially launched team building in 2022. After continuous implementation and promotion of team building, the abilities of employees have been improved and good results have been achieved. Therefore, we are now planning to comprehensively promote team building. Chairman Chen wished to learn about the long-term development trend of team building during the communication process with Huaxia Jianlong, and analyze its own situation accordingly to make precise efforts and focus on weak links of team building.

Both sides conducted in-depth discussions on team building models, organizational promotion, tool methods, incentive methods, evaluation standards, and how to integrate them with production practice. They also analyzed and discussed practical cases on the spot excitingly.

Ms. Jin, Executive Vice General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, stated that the building of the Huaxia Jianlong team is based on the vision of "employee happiness and business efficiency", and that the overall design, distribution and implementation of the team building project are promoted year by year. Every year, a new idea is proposed, gradually introducing lean management tools and a series of empowering learning methods such as making improvement from six sources, standardization construction, and quality control project research. Through years of continuous practice and improvement, the unique management model "Everyone is an Operator and 11368 Management Model" of Huaxia Jianlong has been refined. The consulting business is combined with professional management and the production indicators are continuously improved, playing a positive role in improving on-site environment and equipment infrastructure, consolidating the equipment foundation, reducing safety violations, and activating employee empowerment.
Henan Xinlianxin Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1969 and currently has three major production bases in Henan, Xinjiang, and Jiangxi, producing urea, compound fertilizer, methanol, melamine and other products; research platforms such as the National Enterprise Technology Center, Postdoctoral Research Workstation, and Henan Province Fertilizer Production System Energy Conservation Engineering Technology Research Center have been established; for twelve consecutive years, it has been awarded the honorary title of "Energy Efficiency Leader Benchmark Enterprise (Synthetic Ammonia)" by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation.
