Huaxia Jianlong Held the Nameplate Awarding Ceremony of Jianlong Mining School and the 2022 Training Kickoff Meeting

At 9:00 am on January 20, 2022, the nameplate awarding ceremony and 2022 training kickoff meeting of Jianlong Mining School of Beijing Huaxia Jianlong Mining Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huaxia Jianlong) were held at the headquarters in Beijing. Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman and General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, members of the Beijing management team, employees in Beijing, and senior management from various subsidiaries attended the meeting. Professor Sun Wei, Dean of the School of Resource Processing and Biological Engineering of Central South University, attended the meeting in the form of video conference.

Mr. Yuan awarded the nameplate to Jianlong Mining School

Zhao Xiaolei from Huaxia Jianlong's Personnel and Administrative Department gave a lecture on the situation of the mining school and the establishment of the training system. Mr. Yuan serves as the president of Jianlong Mining School, Professor Sun Wei of Central South University as the honorary president, and Zhao Xiaolei as the executive president of Jianlong Mining School. Under Jianlong Mining School are Cadre Certification Center, Teaching and Research Center, Training Center, and Trainee Center.

Professor Sun Wei who serves as the honorary president of Jianlong Mining School delivered a speech. He expressed his great honor to accept the invitation of Huaxia Jianlong to serve as the honorary president of Jianlong Mining School. In 2021, when the trainees of Huaxia Jianlong Beneficiation Workshop studied in Central South University, I realized how greatly Huaxia Jianlong respected knowledge, talents and technology. Trainees of Jianlong Mining School learn not only specific knowledge, but more importantly, how to think. Through the cultivation of this platform, we hope that our trainees can comprehensively improve their abilities, perspectives, and mindset in the future, so that everyone has the ability to identify and solve problems. We hope that in the future, everyone can communicate more through this platform, jointly solve their problems in actual production, and solve problems for enterprises.

Mr. Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman and General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, thanked Professor Sun Wei of Central South University for accepting the invitation as the honorary president of Jianlong Mining School, and made a speech with the theme of "Profound Virtue, Broad Learning, Unity of Knowledge and Practice". He summed up as follows:
Firstly, the purpose of establishing Jianlong Mining School is to support mining companies to go further and better. Huaxia Jianlong is committed to advancing towards a world-leading mining company. Our team members need to broaden their knowledge and strengthen their ethics, accumulate, compete, improve, and refine their skills in their positions, hone their willpower, and enhance their mental strength in order to work steadily and achieve great success. Secondly, to run a mining school well, we need to accumulate new knowledge and make judgement around practical work, learn to be a pure and virtue person with broadened horizons and improved skills; meanwhile, moral cultivation is the top priority of learning. We should make it our motto to uphold virtue, learn from exemplary deeds of outstanding CPC members, and refine and promote the advanced deeds and exemplary figures of the company. Thirdly, achieve the unity of knowledge and action, and apply what we have learned. Information is the source of organizational vitality, and schools are the places where we obtain information and create information. Information is transformed into knowledge, and knowledge is applied in practice, allowing the acquired knowledge to be transformed through action. This is a vivid manifestation of the unity of knowledge and action, and the application of knowledge. Fourthly, improve and update the concepts and keep up with the times. It is fundamental for the enterprise to adapt to the times and achieve harmonious development. We must adhere to the concept of customer-centered and product-centered, and complete the transformation from the era of common standards to the era of differentiation. Fifthly, respect teachers and value education, stay scientific and rigorous, and pursue high quality in everything. The new forces cultivated by the school should focus on doing things with rigorous scientific spirit and engineer spirit, adhere to high standards, and pursue high quality. 
Finally, Mr. Yuan emphasized that Jianlong Mining School is a platform for us to make progress, and everyone is both a trainee and a teacher. Our school will cultivate excellent entrepreneurs, scientists, and experts, and develop expertise for the industry. Let us work together with dedication to truly improve our quality, accumulate virtue and benefit others, pursue a better life, and make the society better!
