The year 2021 is the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC, the first year of the "14th Five-year Plan" and the first year of marching towards the second centennial goal. Faced with the ups and downs of COVID-19 and the complex market environment, all employees are closely centering on the development strategy of "two major industries, three auxiliary sectors and five-in-one", taking "scientific and technological innovation, target focus, quality improvement, green safety" as the theme, deepening the comprehensive and in-depth utilization of resources, taking advantage of the four driving forces as the path, and moving forward with a heavy responsibility to achieve stable production of iron concentrate powder, significant growth of aggregate series products, breakthrough in the new energy industry, and overfulfilling of major economic budget indicators.
This year, we focused on technological innovation, advanced the comprehensive utilization of resources, actively promoted fine-grained recycling, improved product conversion rate, strengthened lean management of production technology, enhanced core competitiveness of enterprises from both income source broadening and cost reduction, and promoted enterprise upgrading and value creation through technology.
This year, we actively promoted the diversified development of building materials, extended the building materials industry chain, promoted the development of high value-added building materials, enhanced competitiveness, and formed a development pattern of various building materials such as microcrystalline foam boards, dry mortar, machine-made bricks, and exterior wall decorative boards.
This year, we continued to advance and improve team building, intelligence, green mining, and safety culture development, actively practiced the development concept of "clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver", adhered to the equal emphasis on economic development and environmental protection of mining, and focused on creating ecological mines. We also made solid progress in the basic work of the company.
This year, we accelerated the promotion of the new energy industry layout, built our own photovoltaic power station, completed the filing of five new energy projects, including Hengchuan Building Materials, Jindi Mining, Chengde Jianlong, Luanping Jianlong, and Baitong Mining, and accelerated the implementation of the strategic goal of "two major industries and three auxiliary sectors".
This year, we actively strengthened the development of corporate culture, held the "Seven Ones" event to welcome the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, formed the "Flying Dragon Operation Force" composed of retired soldiers of the company. We continuously advanced the "Five Ones" and quality improvement projects, carried out the beautification project of the factory area with the theme of "brilliant scenery and beautiful mines", improved the working and living environment of employees, and comprehensively enhanced their cohesion and happiness.
In the new year, in face of the unpredictable market environment with many uncertain factors, we demand new changes and active actions. By continuously strengthening technological innovation, extending the industrial chain, accelerating the layout of the new energy industry and increasing resource reserves, we enhance the company's core competitiveness. In the new year, we will continue to focus on the two resource strategies of human resources and minerals, accelerate the layout of new energy and emerging building materials industries, continue to advance the comprehensive and in-depth utilization of resources, and continue to adopt the four major measures to promote the company's specialization, standardization, leanness, and intelligence, achieving another leap in business development and creating a great enterprise.
In the new year, we will actively implement the talent development strategy, continuously introduce and cultivate high-quality talents, increase the recruitment of special talents, optimize the allocation of talent teams, improve incentive mechanisms, and promote the high-quality development of the company.
