Huaxia Jianlong Held a Training and Exchange Meeting on the Advantages and Total Application Solution of Metso Products
In order to better learn and understand the advantages and applications of Metso equipment and products, exchange and discuss the problems and shortcomings of our crushing and screening system, at the invitation of Huaxia Jianlong Supply Equipment Department, Manager Hou Zhangshun of Metso Northeast Region, Senior Wear Parts Product Manager Zheng Shaoping, O-Series Wear Parts Product Manager Fang Rong, Crusher Spare Parts Product Manager Li Yongpo and Rubber Product Manager Wang Qi, forming a delegation of 5, visited the company for training and professional technical exchange on the application of Metso equipment from October 27 to October 28. Chen Haibin, Executive Vice General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong and General Manager of Baotong Mining, and Wang Jiuhua, Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, attended the exchange meeting.

At the meeting, the five visitors from Metso visited Chengde Jianlong, Baotong Mining and Luanping Jianlong to investigate the crushing system, the operation of Metso equipment and production data of each subsidiary. Employees from relevant departments of the company took this opportunity to exchange ideas on how to further improve the management level of specialized equipment, reduce material consumption costs, introduce new technologies and materials, and provide systematic solutions.
On the afternoon of October 28, the company held a training exchange meeting in Luanping Jianlong. Relevant personnel from Chengde Jianlong, Baotong Mining and Baitong Mining attended the meeting on the spot, and other subsidiaries attended the meeting in the form of video conference.
At the training meeting, Liu Changquan, the Manager of the Supply Equipment Department, gave a detailed introduction to the purpose, significance, and content of this training. Later, technical personnel from the four major products of Metso provided technical training and exchanges on the application of alloy plates in various rotary crushers, the application of Metso crusher spare parts and Shante crusher spare parts in various small and medium-sized crushers, the application of O-series plates in Metso HP500 and smaller series crushers, and the application of rubber sieve plates in screening systems.
During the training, everyone systematically learned about the products, materials, and supporting tools of the Metso equipment, who gained a detailed understanding of the R&D and applications of new products, customized design, improved efficiency, and reduced maintenance time while ensuring the stability of equipment; meanwhile, the issues reported on site were discussed with solutions proposed.
At the end of the meeting, Chen Haibin, Executive Vice General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, and Wang Jiuhua, Deputy General Manager, stated in response to this training exchange that they would further engage in in-depth cooperation with Metso. Starting from the wear-resistant parts of the rotary crusher, we will conduct a systematic research and data collection on the crushing of our subsidiaries, based on which we discuss and determine the cooperation plan for the rotary crusher. Both parties will adhere to the principles of joint research and development, mutual benefit, and win-win cooperation, thus presenting the improvement with quantitative indicators to reflect the improvement.
Next, in response to the short service life of the C160 toothed plate in Jindi Mining, relevant personnel from Metso will be invited to the site to find out an appropriate angle of the intermediate plate installed between the toothed plate and the frame, and provide corresponding technical support and solutions to extend the service life of the toothed plate. Metso dispatched professional personnel to conduct systematic research on subsidiaries using rotary crushers in the Chengde area. They conducted 3D scanning modeling on rotary crushers and cone plates, tracked the wear and tear of the plates, and made specific plans for the application of new materials for cone plates of rotary crushers based on the actual situation of each subsidiary.
