Huaxia Jianlong and Drucker College Leadership and Advanced Management Training Class has Opened
On the afternoon of February 18, the opening ceremony of the Huaxia Jianlong and Drucker College Leadership and Advanced Management Training Class was held at Peter Drucker College in Beijing. Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman of Huaxia Jianlong, as well as deputy general managers Ye Zhijiu, Jin Wei, and Wang Jiuhua; Li Zhen, Dean of Beijing Peter Drucker Management Training Institute, and Vice Dean Tian Runnong, nearly 50 trainers, trainees, and staff members attended the opening ceremony.

At the ceremony, Tian Runnong, Vice Dean of the Education Research Institute of Beijing Peter Drucker Management Training Institute, delivered a speech, and the Dean Li Zhen delivered a keynote speech titled "An Ambition Reaching the Summit".
Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman and General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, summed up the conference. Mr. Yuan pointed out in his speech that in order to move towards a leading mining company, it needs top talents, and leaders with ideals who understand management and strategy with a clear layout. Drucker is the father of modern management. When we learn from Drucker, we need to find the essence of management, learn from management masters, walk with giants, and associate with capable people. We aim to become an excellent senior manager through the Drucker Advanced Management Training Program. We will build our ideals and pursuits, and pursue excellence. We should consider our work as a career, pursue perfection, and have ambition to reach the summit. Through learning, we can master the laws of management, focus on practical operations, apply what we have learned, and demonstrate the value of learning through management performance and personal changes.

Dean Li Zhen of Drucker College awarded the flag to the training program, while Zhou Zhenhua, General Manager of Baotong Mining and the class leader, took over the flag.
This training program adopts a combination of thematic lectures, interactive communication, on-site teaching, and online reading and sharing with a purpose to enhance the leadership ability of the managers, help students acquire a new strategic perspective and development ideas, stimulate the driving force of internal innovation in enterprises, enhance team cohesion, promote the sustainable development of enterprises within the organization, and help enterprises transform into business oriented, digital intelligent, innovative, and prosperous enterprise with the goal of building a world-leading mining company.
