Huaxia Jianlong Held the Mid-year Dispatching and Commendation Conference of Science and Technology Work in 2021
On August 4, Huaxia Jianlong held the mid-year dispatching and commendation conference of scientific and technological work in 2021, with a theme of "practicing the spirit of craftsmanship, focusing on meticulous research". More than 206 people attended the Conference, including Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman and General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong Mining and Chairman of the Science and Technology Association, Huang Dan, Vice President of Jianlong Group, senior executives of the company, members of the Science and Technology Committee, general managers of various subsidiaries, deputy general managers in charge of science and technology, department managers of the headquarters, and technical workers from various subsidiaries. The Conference was chaired by Zhang Zong, Chief Engineer of Huaxia Jianlong.

More than 206 people attended the Conference, including Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman and General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong Mining and Chairman of the Science and Technology Association, Huang Dan, Vice President of Jianlong Group, senior executives of the company, members of the Science and Technology Committee, general managers of various subsidiaries, deputy general managers in charge of science and technology, department managers of the headquarters, and technical workers from various subsidiaries. The Conference was chaired by Zhang Zong, Chief Engineer of Huaxia Jianlong.
In 2021, the company focused on the development concept of "two major industries and three auxiliary sectors, and five-in-one" in technological research, initiated and approved 97 research projects from the four aspects of comprehensive development, product development, technology breakthrough and transformation, and new technology introduction, in relation to nine disciplines. As of the end of June, 26 achievements or phased achievements had been achieved, with 11 projects concluded and accepted, generating the annual benefits of RMB 23.8606 million. Optimization of the explosive grinding system, a major company-level special promotion project, achieved a total of RMB 27.0223 million in the first half of the year. Meanwhile, in the first half of the year, the company obtained a total of 9 authorized patents, achieving the planned target of 64.3%, and 34 new patents were applied, achieving the planned target of 136%.
Zhang Liang, Secretary General of Huaxia Jianlong Mining Technology Research Institute, delivered a report on scientific and technological work for the first half of 2021. He reported on the progress of various companies' research projects, patent completion, and fund management in the first half of the year. He also provided a detailed report and interpretation of the scientific and technological work goals and key tasks for the second half of the year. In the second half of the year, 20 scientific research projects will be completed, and 20 projects will have major breakthroughs, with the commercialization benefits exceeding RMB 35 million; there will be more than 15 newly applied patents, 8 newly authorized patents, and 15 newly applied projects; we will focus on strengthening the comprehensive recycling of fine grained precious metals and the research and development of aggregates building materials products; we will also strengthen the building of scientific and technological teams, systematize scientific and technological management, and create a positive research atmosphere.
Chen Haibin, Executive Vice General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, read out the Decision on Commending the Technical Achievements and Patents in the First Half of 2021, and awarded the technicians related to the technical achievements of 10 projects, including the technological transformation of Baotong phosphorus concentration and classification flotation process, the increase of the fine bin volume of Jianlong Second Concentrator in Chengde County, and the extension of the service life of the vacuum pump of the new dry-discharge filter in Luanping Jianlong. The technical personnel who have obtained 9 patents, such as an ultrafrequency magnetite high-pressure roller mill flaccid screen combined pretreatment system of Luanping Jianlong, were rewarded. The optimization of the explosive grinding system has won the Progress Award of Major Special Projects at the Company Level, and Professor Lv Shuran, a specially appointed expert of the company, has been awarded the Outstanding Contribution Expert Award.
After the award ceremony, Yang Shuaifeng from Baotong Mining held a special sharing on the "Transformation of Baotong Mining's Phosphorus Selection, Classification, and Flotation Technology". Relevant personnel from subsidiaries such as Chengde Jianlong, Luanping Jianlong, Fengning Xinyuan Molybdenum Mine and Fanshan Phosphate Mine summarized and described the scientific and technological work of their respective company in the first half of the year and the work plan in the second half of the year.
At the meeting, Huang Dan, Vice President of Jianlong Group, gave work instructions and conveyed several requirements of Chairman Zhang Zhixiang: firstly, Jianlong Group should take the Fortune 500 Corporations as the starting point to transform into a service-oriented, innovative, and digital enterprise, create a great enterprise, take technological innovation as the leading force, increase technological innovation efforts, and promote the construction of various subsidiaries' traditional bases; secondly, promote the construction of high-level technology platforms, strengthen cooperation and innovation, promote development through cooperation, and promote technological progress; thirdly, establish lofty goals for enterprise development, as only enterprises with lofty goals can develop, and technological innovation can endow vitality and soul; lastly, increase efforts in the establishment of the scientific and technological system, talent cultivation, and establishment of reward mechanisms.
Mr. Huang also introduced the Group's scientific and technological management system and relevant experience in scientific and technological innovation management, and said that scientific and technological innovation ability is the soul of enterprise development. In the future, Huaxia Jianlong Mining will strengthen collaboration and cooperation in comprehensive utilization of iron bearing dust and sludge, recovery of dust and precious metals with the help of the Group's high-level scientific and technological cooperation platform.
Finally, Yuan Zhanyong delivered a keynote speech titled "Building a Great Enterprise through Technological Innovation", congratulating the technology workers who made outstanding contributions to the company in the first half of the year! He also expressed his gratitude to the scientific and technological staff members striving to overcome difficulties and tackle technological challenges! Mr. Yuan pointed out that after 23 years of development, Jianlong Group has made its way to the list of Fortune 500 Corporations in early August this year, which has given us greater motivation and confidence.
Mr. Yuan emphasized that Chairman Zhang Zhixiang's proposal of four transformation strategic goals for Jianlong Group carries the mission of Jianlong employees and serves as a guide for us to achieve our career dreams. We must firmly follow the path of technological innovation.
In order to better facilitate scientific and technological innovation in the future and better promote the development, Mr. Yuan put forward several requirements for scientific and technological work in the second half of the year: first, leaders at all levels should attach great importance to scientific and technological innovation and actively act as promoters of scientific and technological innovation; second, every scientific and technological worker should implement independent management, establish a scientific and innovative concept, and fully recognize that the value of a scientific and technological worker comes from innovation; thirdly, select a good topic, continuously enhance the value of the enterprise, rely on existing resources for comprehensive and in-depth utilization, focus on "value enhancement", and break through professional boundaries to conduct research on the topic; last but not least, jointly contribute to the atmosphere of technological innovation, strengthen collaboration and technological exchange, improve the incentive mechanism for technological innovation, unleash the potential of technological innovation, and comprehensively enhance the innovation ability of the enterprise.
