Huaxia Jianlong-Central South University 2021 Advanced Beneficiation Workshop was Opened
In order to improve the company's beneficiation technology capability, strengthen its beneficiation application technology, and cultivate the team's scientific and technological innovation spirit and overall scientific and technological capability, the advanced beneficiation workshop jointly sponsored by Huaxia Jianlong and Central South University was opened in Songyun Hall, School of Resource Processing and Biotechnology, Central South University on the morning of March 15. Attending the opening ceremony were about 50 people, including Professor Hu Yuehua, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee and Executive Vice President of Central South University, Professor Fan Xiaohui, Secretary of the CPC Committee of the School of Resource Processing and Biological Engineering of Central South University, and the dean Professor Sun Wei , as well as Chen Haibin, Executive Vice General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, Jin Wei, Deputy General Manager,Chu Zhaobo, Assistant General Manager, and relevant leaders of the School, teachers, and all trainees of Huaxia Jianlong.

Opening Ceremony: Seeking Knowledge, Innovating Technology, and Strengthening Enterprises
At the opening ceremony, Professor Hu Yuehua, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee and Executive Vice President of Central South University, delivered a speech at first. He pointed out that the Central South University has rich historical and cultural heritage and strong research and development ability in the fields of geology, mining, beneficiation, metallurgy, and materials. He hoped that trainees could further enhance their professional quality and management ability through professional courses and management courses, and constantly improve their comprehensive quality. Meanwhile, he hoped to take this Workshop as an opportunity to further deepen school-enterprise cooperation, improve the compatibility between student quality and enterprise needs, and utilize the resource advantages of both parties through their respective platforms in their respective fields to carry out cooperation, thus achieving complementary advantages and a win-win situation for both the University and the enterprise.
Jin Wei, Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, pointed out in her speech that the Central South University is one of national key universities directly under the administration of the Ministry of Education and the first batch of key universities to be built under the "Project 211", and a high-level university jointly built by the Ministry and the province under the "Project 985". Its mining discipline is well-known at home and abroad. The Central South University is known as China's "the Huangpu Military Academy in mining and metallurgy industry". This school-enterprise cooperation will further promote the company's beneficiation research capabilities, allowing the employees to enjoy first-class mining institute mentor resources and graduate education resources, systematically master the mining related knowledge system, further enhance scientific and technological management capabilities, and find professional mentors nationwide to solve technical problems at work.
Ms. Jin requires all trainees in the company to cherish this learning opportunity, abide by the school's discipline and requirements, cultivate their independent thinking ability, seriously study beneficiation knowledge and thinking methods, and apply them to future work. She expected to see everyone combining work practice with theoretical learning, continuously improving their professional and technical level, so that they can rely on technological innovation to promote the high-quality development of the company after a year of learning.
After the speech, the school and enterprise held a cooperation signing ceremony. Jin Wei, Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, and Hu Yuehua, Executive Vice President of the Central South University, signed a contract on behalf of the company and the university, respectively. Relevant leaders of both parties attended and witnessed the signing. At the ceremony, Vice President Hu Yuehua awarded the flag to the Advanced Beneficiation Workshop.
Chen Haibin, Executive Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, announced the opening of Huaxia Jianlong-Central South University 2021 Advanced Beneficiation Workshop.
It is reported that there are a total of 30 trainees in the Advanced Beneficiation Workshop, all of whom are technical backbones from various subsidiaries and the headquarters, responsible for production management, mineral processing, geology, mining. This Workshop adopts a "3+1" model, covering courses, skill drills, achievement testing, and team interaction. A total of 22 teachers from the school participated in the teaching which was divided into offline teaching and live streaming. The Workshop lasted for 8 months and involved 18 courses such as future mineral processing, chemistry, biological beneficiation, flotation technology and practice, physical sorting technology and equipment.
