2020 Work Summary and 2021 Work Plan of Huaxia Jianlong on Team Building, Intelligent Development, and Green Mine Construction
In order to better summarize work experience, solidify standards, research and deploy work for the next year, on December 22 and 23, Huaxia Jianlong organized a 2020 work summary and 2021 work plan meeting on team building, intelligent development, and green mine construction. Jin Wei, Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, pointed out in her speech that the team building has been effectively promoted over the past year with remarkable achievements. She thanked President Jiang of 89 Management and the promotion personnel at all levels of the company for their support and dedication, especially Baotong Mining and Chengde Jianlong which have set an example for the whole company in the team building promotion. On the afternoon of the 22nd, at the Huaxia Jianlong Intelligent Summary and Plan Meeting, Ren Dongliang from the Personnel and Administrative Department reported on the ideas for promoting intelligent development, the effectiveness, problems and shortcomings of intelligent promotion, and the work plan for the next year. Relevant personnel from various subsidiaries shared the gains in promoting intelligent work and their plans for the next year, and focused on sharing their experience in unmanned operation, information management systems, and unmanned aerial vehicle applications in mining areas.
The meeting invited experts from Dassault Company to explain and train on the 3D production control platform and production management system, as well as experts from Shougang Mining Speed Co., Ltd. to share the application cases of card adjustment system and unmanned electric vehicle driving.
Ms. Jin pointed out that we have achieved progress in ideological awareness, management thinking, planning system, project progress, and other aspects. It was also emphasized that intelligent development is a systematic project that involves optimization, enhancement, and improvement in all aspects of production. We need all professionals to be equipped with intelligent thinking. At present, we are still in the early stage of intelligent construction. Therefore, next we need to continue to change our mindset and increase investment in intelligent infrastructure, equipment, process, automation, informatization, talent development, and other aspects. During the meeting, Ms. Jin also shared with everyone the application cases of international mining companies in intelligence.
On the morning of the 23rd, Li Lingchao, Deputy Manager of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, presided over a summary and plan meeting for green mines. At the meeting, each subsidiary reported on the construction of green mines in 2020, planned the key projects and directions of green mine construction in 2021, and made clear that Kuancheng Jianlong should conduct R&D in inorganic plates in the comprehensive utilization of resources, Chengde Jianlong in high-quality aggregates in the field of aggregates building materials, and Luanping Jianlong in building ecological agriculture with the efficient utilization of land, Baotong Mining in developing mineral organic fertilizer by using the associated elements of tailing.
Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman and General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, emphasized at the meeting that green mine construction needs to be unfolded with "heart", while "heart" can generate value. Not only should efforts be made in land ecological restoration and utilization, agricultural product development, but also in resource development, comprehensive utilization of resources, energy conservation and emission reduction, as well as technological innovation, to create ecological, environmental, safe, digital, and intelligent mines.
