Huaxia Jianlong Has Won Three More National Utility Model Patents
Recently, Luanping Jianlong Mining Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Huaxia Jianlong, has three utility model patents authorized by the China National Intellectual Property Administration, namely, an ore diversion box with an independent dosing device, a new multi-function water tank for the beneficiation system, and a combined dry drainage system for tailing. This is another technological innovation and transformation achievement after Luanping Jianlong obtained two national utility model patents at the end of 2020.

Patent 1: An ore diversion box with an independent dosing device
An ore diversion box is used to distribute the slurry entering the diversion box to each outlet, mainly distributing the slurry from the upper process to the lower equipment. Although the existing technology of the ore separation box can achieve the separation of ore slurry, there are problems such as the fast feeding speed of the ore slurry affecting the service life of the box, the lack of easily adjustable dosing structure for the separated ore slurry, and the uneven flow rate of the ore slurry flowing out of the outlet affecting subsequent processes.
A separation box with an independent dosing device, including a feeding buffer box, a distribution box, a collection box, and a dosing device. The slurry is evenly distributed through the feeding buffer box, distribution box, collection box, and dosing device, while avoiding problems such as rapid wear of the slurry on the bottom of the feeding buffer box.
Patent 2: A new multi-function water tank for the beneficiation system
The water storage tanks in the beneficiation system consist of clear water tanks, muddy water tanks, and accident buffer tanks. Currently, the aforementioned tanks are all independent, occupying a large area, difficult in mutual allocation, and time-consuming and labor-intensive.
A new multi-functional water tank for beneficiation system, including a first tank for storing clean water, a second tank for storing muddy water, and a third tank for storing accident discharge water. Three types of water tanks are set in the multi-functional water tank, and overflow between the water tanks is achieved by using partitions of different heights, thus reducing the capacity demand of the water tank through overflow, the floor area of the tanks, as well as facilitating the allocation of capacity between tanks.
Patent 3: A combined dry drainage system for tailing
With the exploitation of magnetite mine, the grade of iron ore resources is gradually reduced and the beneficiation ratio is increased. For example, a magnetite mine in Hebei Province processes 14 million tons of iron ore annually, with waste rejection rate of ore crushing operation reaching 65%, and the amount of wet tailing about 3 million tons/year. The tailing pond of the mine has reached the designed elevation, which can no longer meet the demand for continued discharge of tailing.
A combined dry drainage system for tailing, composed of a first slurry pump, a swirler, a dewatering screen, a thickener, a second slurry pump, a swirler group, a separation box, a dosing device, and a filter, can effectively solve the problem of settling tanks and wet tailings storage sites in conventional mining tailing caused by excessive coarse particle content. It can further ensure the continuity of mining production, effectively meeting the dry discharge needs of mining tailing in the region. Meanwhile, this solution has the advantages of low equipment investment, low operating costs, simple operation, which is easy to achieve intelligent remote operation.
