Huaxia Jianlong and Chengde College of Applied Technology Held a Symposium on School-enterprise Cooperation
On the morning of November 18, a 10-person delegation, including Wang Xinghua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Dean, Hou Hongchang, Vice Dean, Zhang Yan, Department-level Organizer of the college, and Yang Kunjie, Director of the Enrollment and Employment Office of Chengde College of Applied Technology, visited the company. Both parties held discussions and exchanges around the cooperation between the school and enterprise. Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman and General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, Jin Wei, Deputy General Manager, Yuan Baoli, Deputy Manager of HR & Admin, Gong Chunhua and other colleagues attended the symposium.

At the symposium, Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman and General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, welcomed the delegation led by Mr. Wang. The two parties exchanged ideas on deepening the integration of industry, education, and school-enterprise cooperation, with a focus on in-depth discussions on industry, university, and research cooperation, joint school-enterprise construction, and order-oriented talent cultivation. During the visit, both parties watched promotional videos of the company and the school together.
Mr. Yuan introduced the overall development of the company and pointed out that the future talent demand will revolve around the company's "two major industries, three auxiliary sectors and five-in-one" development strategy, as well as the comprehensive and deep utilization of mineral resources, to attract professional and skilled talents. In the future, we will carry out comprehensive cooperation with CCAT in technical services, internships, recruitment of students, and other aspects to achieve a win-win situation between CCAT and Huaxia Jianlong.
Wang Xinghua, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Chengde College of Applied Technology, pointed out that the college has attached great importance to the students' moral education and dedication education to enable the students to "stick to the work in a long term with good performance and develop quickly" in the enterprise. The college attaches great importance to school-enterprise cooperation and emphasizes the cultivation of students' practical abilities with the assistance of the enterprise. It's hoped that both parties start searching and discovering the needs of enterprises in the future in terms of internship and practical training, joint course development, and teachers' in-depth cooperation with enterprises, so as to explore the convergence points of school-enterprise in-depth cooperation.
