Huaxia Jianlong Held Mid-year Summary and Work Planning Meeting for the Second Half of the Year of 2020

In order to refine the experience, commend the advanced, and actively create an atmosphere of pursuing excellence, stimulating vitality, and improving the abilities of all staff members, we establish standards based on the market demand with highlights, so as to make better performance and enhance long-term competitiveness. On the morning of June 29, Huaxia Jianlong convened a meeting to summarize the first half of 2020 and deploy a work plan for the second half of the year. Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman and General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, and all staff members of the headquarters, mid-level and senior managers of each subsidiary attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Jin Wei, Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong.

At the meeting, Zhang Liang, deputy manager of Production Technology Department of Huaxia Jianlong, reported the production and operations in the first half of 2020 and shared the production and operations plan in the second half of the year. Zhou Yue, General Manager of Luanping Jianlong, shared his experience on "Site-based, Promise-utmost, and Result-oriented" practices.

Jin Wei, Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, read out the company's personnel appointment notice and appointed Chen Haibin as the Executive Vice General Manager of Beijing Huaxia Jianlong Mining Technology Co., Ltd. and Cong Gechen as the Deputy General Manager of Beijing Huaxia Jianlong Mining Technology Co., Ltd.

Mr. Cong delivered a keynote speech on "Gratefulness and Mission". Mr. Cong congratulated President Haibin on taking over the post of Executive Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, and pointed out that the vitality of an organization lies in the vitality of the leadership. Since the founding of Huaxia Jianlong, its leadership has always maintained a relatively stable structure with orderly replacement. The replacement this time makes the core of leadership younger, which is an enterprising move to reform, stimulate vitality and pursue excellence; the replacement this time not only brings more energy and fighting spirit to the management, but also leads the excelling of more young people, building our career in a new height, and creating a new glory for Huaxia Jianlong.

Mr. Chen delivered a keynote speech on "Mission and Responsibility". Mr. Chen was grateful for the trust of the team members and the support of colleagues, and undertook to bravely shoulder heavy responsibilities, adhere to the work philosophy of Promise-utmost, Result-oriented, and Never Giving up in future work, seek ways to success and not make excuses for failure, and persistently strive for progress while maintaining stability; meanwhile, he stated that as long as everyone unites and moves forward courageously, Huaxia Jianlong will form a strong team that is ready to be commanded, capable of fighting, and victorious in battle. He believed that under the leadership of Mr. Yuan, everyone would work diligently to help complete Chairman Zhang Zhixiang's proposal of "Leading the Industry Forward, Deeply Respected by Society, and Proud of Employees" and "Achieving the Career Dream and Mission of Jianlong Members", bravely take on the responsibility and contribute to the 20th anniversary of the founding of Huaxia Jianlong.
Chu Shaobo, Assistant General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong and General Manager of Zhurihe Copper, delivered a speech titled "Doing Our Job Well with Respect for Professional Ethics". Mr. Chu pointed out that the appointment of General Manager of Zhurihe Copper is an encouragement as well as trust and hope. In future work, he will always stand in awe of professional ethics and maintain the pursuit of professional managers, complete all tasks well, and help with continuous corporate development.

Ms. Jin announced the decision of Huaxia Jianlong to commend the advanced teams and outstanding individuals in team building in the first half of 2020. Chen Yanlei from the electrician team of Jianlong Third Concentrator in Chengde County, and Du Ruichun from the production team of Baotong Mining's crushing workshop shared their experience in promoting team building on behalf of outstanding teams; Yan Weidong, Director of Fengning Xinyuan Beneficiation Zone 2, and Liu Jinlong, Deputy Director of Kuancheng Jianlong Beneficiation Plant, shared their experience on behalf of outstanding coaches.

At last, Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman and General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, delivered a keynote speech titled "Force Awakening, Transformation for Innovation, Stimulation for Vitality, and Pursuit of Excellence". Mr. Yuan pointed out that 2020 was an extraordinary year. In response to the pandemic, everyone overcame numerous difficulties and promoted the orderly development of various work. In terms of corporate culture, they emphasized practicality, responsibility, and gratitude. There were significant breakthroughs in the production and cost of leading products, and continuous efforts were made in the research and development of building materials products. The spiritual outlook and skill level of employees have been greatly improved. The intelligent construction project has entered the initial planning and implementation stage. The awareness of openness has been strengthened, and a consensus has been formed on the development goals of "two major industries and three auxiliary sectors". The "four starters" have been orderly promoted, especially the crisis awareness, responsibility awareness, self innovation awareness, and self criticism awareness of senior management are constantly improving.

The work in the second half of the year should be based on the guiding thought of the whole year, with market demand as the standard, and greater focus on achieving breakthroughs in current performance and continuous enhancement of long-term potential. Efforts should be made to complete the following tasks: firstly, recognize the policy requirements for the development of mining companies in China, and grow into the most excellent mines in line with policies in this era; secondly, continue to strengthen the center of talent development, improve the talent growth mechanism of internal training and external attraction, improve the incentive distribution system, and focus on the strategic positioning of "two main parts and three auxiliaries "to recruit and cultivate talents; thirdly, increase the promotion of intelligent mines and actively introduce senior intelligent high-caliber talents; fourthly, build an open, knowledge-based, passionate, and responsible management team; lastly, build an open and cooperative environment, constantly absorbing energy from the outside world.
At last, Mr. Yuan stressed his hope that all employees of the company could actively and proactively embrace the change, and that everyone could find the most suitable position for themselves where they could do the best. He also hoped that everyone could forget their past performance. Only remembering the past performance are signs of aging and the beginning of recession. Hence, everyone should look forward to the future, work in the present, spread positivity and new skills to each other, and release our power to make our life more exciting and our business performance more brilliant!
