Huaxia Jianlong Organized a Series of "Safe Production Month" Warning Education Activities
In order to actively respond to the call of the 19th National "Safe Production Month" activity, establish a sense of participation among all employees, strengthen the sense of responsibility for safety production, and enhance employee safety awareness, Huaxia Jianlong launched a series of "Safe Production Month" warning education activities on June 5, 2020. Huaxia Jianlong's Chairman and General Manager Yuan Zhanyong, as well as mid-level and senior leaders of the company and its subsidiaries, participated in this event.

Huaxia Jianlong's Chairman and General Manager Yuan Zhanyong, as well as mid-level and senior leaders of the company and its subsidiaries, participated in this event.
On the morning of June 5, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department of Huaxia Jianlong first organized a watching of the safety education promotional video themed with "strictly adhering to the red line and putting life first", warning mid-level and senior managers of the company to learn from accidents, draw inferences from each other, improve safety red line awareness, and prevent the occurrence of production safety accidents.
The Office of Huaxia Jianlong Work Safety Committee organized a meeting of the 2020 Central Work Safety Committee, which studied policies and regulations such as the "Work Plan for Preventing and Resolving Safety Risks in Tailing Ponds" and the "Five Entering" Work Plan for Promoting Safety Propaganda issued by the State Council Safety Committee Office and the Emergency Management Department. At the meeting, the leaders listened to a report on the safety management work of the company's Safety and Environmental Protection Department in the first half of the year. The Work Safety Committee deployed safety control measures in areas such as safety culture development, accident hazard investigation, major risk control, and flood prevention during the flood season.
Huaxia Jianlong's Safety and Environmental Protection Department organized online safety knowledge exams for mid-level and senior management personnel to further master safety management knowledge and fully get involved in safety management.
Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman and General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, delivered a concluding speech titled "Respecting the Rules, Implementing the Responsibilities of Top Leaders, and Strengthening the Safety Line", and proposed work requirements: firstly, focusing on one main line. Taking the establishment of a dual control system as the main line of work, with a sense of responsibility that "inadequate implementation of risk control measures is a hidden danger, and failure to identify and rectify hidden dangers is an accident", we should make effective prevention in risk control, strictly implement the hidden danger inspection system, and ensure that every leader, professional department, workshop, team, and position is aware of the risks they need to control. Risk control measures should be taken, and regular hidden danger inspection should be carried out in accordance with the system requirements. Secondly, focusing on two aspects of building. The first aspect is team building, as the teams are our most important execution team. The team leader is the first person responsible for on-site management. Only when we are strict with the team leader can we manage the site, management, standards, and safety effectively. The improvement of the team leader's ability to perform duties is the cornerstone of maintaining the stable operation of the safety management system; the second aspect is to focus on the building of safety culture, control safety with culture, and truly make safety culture a corporate culture, and achieve the work safety goal of zero injury and zero accident.
Thirdly, strengthening three awareness of safety. First of all, we need to strengthen the awareness of safety responsibility. Managers at all levels should take safety work seriously, and take responsibility for their lives, themselves, and the enterprise; secondly, we need to strengthen the awareness of safety red line, and managers at all levels should clarify that dereliction of duty is a breach of the red line; a breach of the red line indicates an accident; lastly, we need to strengthen the awareness of safety regulations, strictly abide by safety laws and regulations, implement safety rules and regulations, and control major hazards, so as to eliminate safety hazards, and build a solid safety defense line. Last but not least, enhancing the four capabilities of safety. The members of the management should enhance their safety leadership skills and become responsible leaders in safety. Each team member should achieve the "four musts" of safety management; professional departments should enhance their professional guidance capabilities, focus on the construction of the five major specialties, and guide work safety from the five aspects of production organization, process technology, equipment and facilities, project construction, and human resource matching, for the purpose of safety risk control; the teams should enhance their ability to conduct self inspection and self improvement, enhance the team leader's ability to fulfill their duties, conduct inspections and examinations in combination with team building, and advance the safety prevention and control points. Employees at different positions should enhance their independent security capabilities. Through various forms of publicity and safety education and training, the safety identity, willingness, awareness, knowledge, and ability of all employees are expected to enhance, so as to improve the overall safety literacy of the company.
On the afternoon of June 5, the company invited Professor Lv Shuran from the School of Safety and Environmental Engineering of Capital University of Economics and Business to carry out safety education and training on the theme of "team safety culture development" for team leaders of subsidiaries and outsourcing construction units through the company's video conference system.
