CEIBS CHRO Class Visited Our Company
On the afternoon of September 6, the exchange activity of CEIBS CHRO Class was held in the conference room on the seventh floor of Huaxia Jianlong. Yuan Zhanyong, Vice President of Jianlong Group and Chairman of Huaxia Jianlong, Jin Wei, Deputy general manager of Huaxia Jianlong, Sun Hua, Wang Xin, teachers of CEIBS and more than 40 students attended the meeting.
First of all, the students visited the exhibition hall of Jianlong Group, and expressed their admiration and praise to Jianlong Group for its rapid development and industry status as a private enterprise for more than 20 years.
After the visit, Mr. Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman of Huaxia Jianlong, firstly welcomed the teachers and students of CEIBS and introduced the current situation of the industry and the basics of Jianlong Group and Huaxia Jianlong. And then he shared the company's entrepreneurial history, business philosophy and vision of future development based on the main line of "Founding Principles, Development, Future, Sentiment". He highlighted Huaxia Jialong's continuous exploration in the fields of scientific and technological innovation, comprehensive utilization, resource storage and green development. Moreover, he elaborated on the core competitiveness of Huaxia Jialong, such as taking the lead in the development and utilization of low vanadium and titanium ultra-poor magnetite ore, building the first pit pumped storage power station in China, constructing the largest monomer iron mine in China (Sishangling Iron Mine), and practicing the green and sustainable development to build a "tailing-less, green and intelligent" mine. In the future, he stated that Huaxia Jialong will focus on Jialong Group's strategy of steel and mining industry, build a better enterprise, to lead the high-quality development of the mining industry. Finally, Mr. Yuan expressed his great expectation of developing a profound friendship with the students of CEIBS and CHRO Class, and hoped that they would propose good suggestions for the company and recommend talents to the company, jointly creating a new chapter in enterprise development.
At the meeting, Deputy general manager Jin Wei gave a special presentation on the company's human resource management, introducing it from the perspectives of management practices such as organization construction, talent management and mechanism construction. She focused on the company's experience and achievements in manpower introduction, talent development and talent management in promoting strategic development. Ms. Jin said that the company attaches great importance to the construction of talent cultivation mechanism, and implements "stratified and classified" precise cultivation for all kinds of talents, successively launching the "Double Hundred Plan" and "Plan of Excellence", which help the development of talents in all aspects. Mr. Jin expressed his willingness to establish cooperation with outstanding entrepreneurs and talents in various industries and related fields, strengthen interaction, share resources, and work together.
