Provincial Vanadium-Titanium Quality Inspection Center of Baotong Mining Industry Unveiled and Established
On the morning of September 22, 2025, the launch ceremony of the Quality Month activity in Luanping County and the unveiling ceremony of the "Hebei Vanadium-Titanium Ore Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center" were successfully held at Baotong Mining. Relevant officials from the County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, enterprise representatives and others attended the ceremony. At the launch ceremony of the Quality Month activity, Baotong Mining made a special report on the background of the construction of the provincial-level quality inspection center, its technical capabilities and future plans. Subsequently, Wang Jiuhu, the Party Secretary and Director of the County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, and Zhou Zhenhua, the Assistant General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong and the General Manager of Baotong Mining, jointly unveiled the provincial-level quality inspection center.
It is understood that the Provincial Vanadium-Titanium Ore Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center of Baotong Mining began its establishment on April 10, 2025, and obtained the CMA certification qualification on September 4. The testing and experimental environment strictly adheres to the national laboratory construction standards. The core experimental area includes a 10,000-level balance room, a temperature and humidity controlled drying room, four standardized laboratory operation rooms, and a high-temperature room (with a maximum temperature of 1600℃), possessing the ability to issue legally binding test reports. This center will focus on conducting quality inspections of vanadium-titanium ore products, standard research, technical training, and certification services, providing enterprises with scientific, fair, and authoritative one-stop quality solutions, and facilitating the green development and high-value utilization of regional vanadium-titanium resources.
