Job descriptions：
1. Responsible for the Company’s technical work in the whole process of beneficiation and processing. Developing and implementing feasible beneficiation and processing plans according to production requirements and task objectives.
2. Designing the concentration plant, planning the beneficiation production lines and debugging the process equipment according to production requirements.
3. Leading the beneficiation team to carry out professional technology research, following up the beneficiation process at the site and discovering and solving problems in time.
Job requirements：
1. With an education of bachelor's degree or above, with experience in related work such as beneficiation technology, production organizing and process adjustment with a large mining company.
2. Familiar with beneficiation project construction and production management, familiar with the production process of beneficiation, familiar with operation skills of each post related with beneficiation, supervising and managing the completion of production tasks.
3. With a strong ability of execution, stress tolerance and innovation.
