Huaxia Jianlong and XCMG Machinery Sign Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement
To deepen strategic cooperation, promote coordinated industrial development, and accelerate the high-end, intelligent, and green upgrading of mining equipment, a signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation framework agreement between Huaxia Jianlong and XCMG Machinery was held in Beijing on the morning of May 28. Attendees included Huaxia Jianlong Chairman Yuan Zhanyong, General Manager Li Jinqian, Vice Chairman Gao Shixian, and Vice General Manager Wang Jiuhua; as well as XCMG Machinery Vice President and Chairman and Party Secretary of XCMG Marketing, Meng Wen; XCMG Marketing Vice General Manager and XCMG Hanyun Vice General Manager, Zhu Xufeng; XCMG Foundation Vice General Manager, Yue Taiyu; and XCMG Mining Machinery Vice General Manager, Li Jinxi.
At the meeting, XCMG Machinery Vice President Meng Wen provided a detailed overview of the company's development and technological strengths. XCMG, firmly ranked among the top four global construction machinery companies, is focusing on high-end, intelligent, and green transformation, building full-chain mining system solutions. The company has achieved notable results in new energy equipment, L4 autonomous mining trucks, and the Hanyun digital platform — all of which are highly aligned with Huaxia Jianlong's development direction. XCMG will tailor equipment R&D around actual mining needs, strengthen technological synergy, and deliver integrated services ranging from equipment supply to full lifecycle operation and maintenance, fully driving the strategic cooperation to deliver tangible results.
Huaxia Jianlong Chairman Yuan Zhanyong extended a warm welcome to the XCMG delegation and expressed high recognition of XCMG's technical capabilities and industry influence. He noted that XCMG's innovations in mining equipment electrification and intelligentization are highly compatible with Huaxia Jianlong's green and smart mining development strategy. Huaxia Jianlong will deepen practical cooperation with XCMG, focusing on equipment upgrades, joint R&D, and intelligent applications. The company will fully benchmark against best practices, accelerate the translation and application of quality technological achievements, and work together to build an industry-leading green and smart mine — achieving complementary strengths and win-win development.
After the meeting, Huaxia Jianlong Vice General Manager Wang Jiuhua and XCMG Marketing Vice General Manager Zhu Xufeng jointly signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement. Leaders from both sides witnessed the signing and posed for a commemorative photo.
