Mastering Interpretation Skills and Telling the Company's Story Well | Professional Training for Huaxia Jianlong's Tour Guides Concludes Successfully

Every outstanding tour guide is a walking business card of the company. To systematically enhance the company's brand image and external presentation level, and to cultivate a team of tour guides with excellent qualities and outstanding abilities, the "Welcoming from All Directions, Touching Hearts with Words" tour guide special training and star rating event of Huaxia Jianlong was successfully held from March 16th to 17th. Employees from various business lines gathered together, promoting their abilities through learning and improving their quality through practice, comprehensively refining their professional tour guiding skills and practical levels.

On the first day of the training, the participants visited the exhibition hall of Baotong Mining to have an on-site tour, gaining an intuitive understanding of the company's core business processes, technological advantages, and management highlights. This provided them with vivid materials and direct cognition for the subsequent lecture content, giving them a clearer direction on "what to talk about, how to talk, and to whom to talk".
During the classroom training session, senior lecturers systematically taught core skills such as presentation etiquette, language expression, content structure, and on-the-spot adaptability. Through case analysis, interactive discussions, and scenario simulations, they helped the participants solidify their theoretical foundation, optimize their expression methods, and further clarify the core responsibility of the interpreters, which is to "transmit the enterprise value and tell the brand story well".
In the on-site practice and feedback session, the participants were divided into groups to simulate presentation scenarios, comprehensively demonstrating from content design, language rhythm to body language. The lecturers provided individual feedback on the spot, offering optimization suggestions to help them identify and fill the gaps in practical situations and improve rapidly.

At the end of the training, a competition for rating the interpreters was set up. The trainees gave wonderful presentations on themes such as the company's development history, core competitiveness, and strategic planning. The judges scored them comprehensively based on the accuracy of the content, the power of expression, and the ability to control the scene. Eventually, the star interpreters were selected and certificates were awarded to them.
Three-star interpreters: Ou Yang, Zhang Mingyang, Yang Xiuying, Wang Yue
Two-star interpreters: Liu Yanyan, Gao Yaxin, Nie Liying, Xin Peng, Luan Peiguang
The rest of the trainees were rated as one-star interpreters.
After the event, General Manager Jin shared three insights with the trainees, encouraging them to "boost their morale, grow in multiple dimensions, and achieve excellence". He first mentioned that every time one steps onto the stage, it is a growth of the mind; every time one takes the stage, it is an opportunity to be seen. He encouraged everyone to take every matter seriously and cherish every opportunity for learning, improvement, and self-presentation. When discussing how to do everything to the best, General Manager Jin used the example of table tennis players, stating that talent is the lower limit, while effort is the upper limit. The 10,000-hour rule tells us that only by practicing with heart repeatedly can one have a stunning performance. He further pointed out that an outstanding person must be all-round and multi-dimensional. Not only should they do their job well, but they should also go out more, broaden their horizons, enhance their aesthetic ability, pay attention to the sense of ceremony, and make their temperament stand out in the crowd. More importantly, the interpretation should be fully integrated with the business. Only by thinking with heart, enhancing cognition, and doing things solidly can one speak freely and touch people's hearts. Finally, General Manager Jin required each subsidiary to do a good job in corporate image and publicity, emphasizing that middle and senior management must first be qualified interpreters. He encouraged the trainees of this session to be observant in their future work and life, continuously improve, seize opportunities, take the initiative to shine, tell the story of Jianlong well, and become better in every publicity appearance!

This training, adopting a model of "theory + practice + competition", has provided a high-quality platform for learning, exchange, growth and improvement for the company's tour guides. This is just a snapshot of Huaxia Jianlong's systematic talent cultivation system. From team empowerment to equipment consultation, from supply and sales team training to financial line capability enhancement, and today's specialized training for tour guides, the company has always regarded talent as its first resource, and is committed to laying out a growth ladder for every professional, every trade and every position. It is precisely this atmosphere of "everyone can become talented and everyone can fully display their talents" that enables every Jianlong employee to shine in their own positions, gathering into a powerful force driving the company's high-quality development. In the future, Huaxia Jianlong will continue to cultivate the fertile soil of talent, allowing more outstanding talents to stand out, making the Jianlong story more vivid and the Jianlong voice more resounding.
