Focus on "Zero-Carbon Mines" | Huaxia Jianlong Organization Holds Special Meeting on New Energy Issues

To implement the national "carbon neutrality" strategy and achieve the goal of building a zero-carbon mine, with the deepening of the "14th Five-Year Plan", new energy is an important support for the construction of zero-carbon mines by Huaxia Jianlong. To ensure the efficient implementation of the new energy planning projects in 2026, and to cultivate a professional team of new energy personnel, on April 28th, Huaxia Jianlong organized a special new energy work conference. Chairman Yuan Zhan Yong, General Manager Li Jin Qian, and Vice General Manager Li Li attended the meeting. The deputy general managers in charge of new energy from each subsidiary, as well as relevant personnel from the headquarters and each subsidiary's new energy professional lines, participated in the meeting.

At the special meeting on new energy, each subsidiary presented the "Key New Energy Work and Project Planning for 2026" one by one. The headquarters' green development department made a special report on "New Energy Project Construction and Deployment for 2026" and "Preliminary Planning Considerations for Energy Reconstruction and Projects", clearly defining the annual new energy construction goals, implementation paths, and key milestones.

General Manager Li Jinqian signed the 2026 New Energy Target Responsibility Statement with the heads of each subsidiary and the deputy general manager in charge of new energy. This was done to drive progress based on the targets, ensuring that all new energy-related work is implemented effectively. Focusing on the high-quality development of new energy, Mr. Li set clear requirements from four aspects: accelerating project construction, deepening scenario applications, making advanced arrangements for energy storage, and enhancing operational efficiency. He emphasized that by focusing on these four directions, the development plan should be effectively implemented, the operational efficiency of the new energy business should be steadily enhanced, and the operating benefits should continue to grow.

Chairman Yuan Zhan Yong delivered the closing speech. Mr. Yuan emphasized that the company's new energy development should firmly adhere to the integrated approach of "wind, solar, storage, and heat", coordinate the application scenarios such as solar heating and ore pulp heat recovery, scientifically plan the development scale, achieve a virtuous cycle and year-on-year growth, and fully create the distinctive features of Huaxia Jianlong. We should take the geological team as the benchmark, build a professional and specialized talent system that loves the profession and pursues excellence in new energy, and equip with sufficient and competent professional forces. We must always adhere to the mission of "making good use of land and increasing land value", seize strategic opportunities, strengthen our own new energy industry, and promote the construction of zero-carbon mines to a new level with higher standards and more practical measures.
Expert Lectures Enhance Skills and Empower Professional Talent Development
To comprehensively enhance the professional skills, professional qualities, and practical operation capabilities of personnel in the new energy field, this afternoon, Professor Wang Weijun from the Economic Management Department of North China Electric Power University was specially invited to give a special lecture. The training focused on seven dimensions: the dual carbon target strategy, the new power system, new energy and energy storage policies, virtual power plants, intelligent microgrids, and suggestions for mining new energy, providing systematic explanations. The content is cutting-edge and practical, offering professional guidance for the company's new energy development.
