Huaxia Jianlong organized and carried out a "Salute to Her Power - Marching Towards the New with Light" theme activity to celebrate International Women's Day.

On the occasion of the 116th International Women's Day, in order to fully showcase the contemporary spirit of women in Jianlong who bravely take on responsibilities, pursue their dreams, and forge ahead with determination, and to inspire all female employees to excel in their positions and make new achievements in the company's high-quality development journey, on March 6th, Huaxia Jianlong organized a "Welcome International Women's Day and Salute to Her Power: Marching Forward with Light" theme activity. The event was hosted by Gong Chunhua, the manager of the Human Resources and Administration Department. 
At the meeting, Yuan Baoli from the Human Resources and Administration Department of Huaxia Jianlong read out the "Decision on Commending Outstanding Female Employees for the 'Chasing Light and Moving Forward' International Women's Day 2026", commending 24 outstanding female employees who have performed exceptionally well in the company's production and operation activities. Liu Yajie from Huaxia Jianlong and Hu Xuying from Chengde County Jianlong spoke as representatives of outstanding female employees. They shared their work experiences, growth journeys and valuable insights based on their own work realities, setting an example for all female employees. 
Ms. Li Li, the deputy general manager of Huaxia Jianlong, on behalf of the company, extended festival greetings and high respect to all female employees who have been rooted in the mines and dedicated to their posts. Ms. Li stated that from laboratory techniques, financial management to administrative support, female employees have been making silent contributions in all positions, serving as the backbone of the enterprise's development and demonstrating the style of modern female miners through their hard work. She expounded that beauty lies in self-loyalty and freedom, stemming from inner tenacity and growth, and encouraged everyone to keep the light in their hearts, grow towards the sun, and be independent and strong women as well as responsible and capable builders. Ms. Li emphasized that the company has always valued the growth of female employees, providing them with development platforms, and hoped that female employees would uphold perseverance and efficiency, carry forward the spirit of the mines, and strive side by side with all employees with the spirit of women, blooming their youth and realizing their value in the mines. 
Huaxia Jianlong organized a "Chasing the Light, Moving Forward" themed symposium, watched the festival-themed video "Blooming Flowers, Drawing the Original Aspiration", and specially invited EAP workplace growth psychological trainer Shi Xueyuan to provide professional psychological empowerment for female employees. It encouraged the outstanding female employees who were commended to play a leading role, carry forward the spirit of "women are no less than men", and make great achievements on all fronts. 
Da Bao Tong Company held a theme activity for International Women's Day under the theme of "Women Bloom in Splendor, United for the Future". At the event, outstanding female representatives shared their insights on work and life, spreading the warm and resolute "she power". Company leaders sent their festival greetings and cut the sweet cake. Multiple rounds of lucky draws and fun games such as "Mind Meld" and "Blindfolded Banana Feeding" followed one after another, with continuous laughter and joy on the scene. This event allowed female colleagues to feel care and warmth, and gathered the powerful force of women's progress. 
In the "March 8th" International Women's Day theme activity of Jindi Mining, the company sent festival blessings and greetings to all female employees, expressing gratitude for their dedication and commitment to their positions, and their contribution to the company's development with their feminine strength. Everyone watched the inspiring film "The Rise of Women's Volleyball Team", which was deeply inspired by the spirit of the women's volleyball team, further stimulating their enthusiasm for work. This activity made the female employees feel cared for and warm, effectively uniting the team's strength, and encouraging them to devote themselves to work with a more energetic state, contributing feminine wisdom and strength to the company's high-quality development. 
In the "March 8th" International Women's Day theme activity of Zhurihe Copper Industry, the company's leaders sent their blessings and words of encouragement, fully affirming the dedication and commitment of female employees. Outstanding female employee representatives shared their job stories, and special training sessions empowered their growth. The fun games and handicraft-making sessions were filled with continuous laughter and joy, creating a warm and harmonious atmosphere. This event further united the strength of women, inspiring all female employees to take on a more vigorous attitude in their positions and make achievements. 
Jianlong in Chengde County sent festival greetings and blessings to the "her" working in various positions. In the special theme activity, a DIY experience of handmade sachets was set up, allowing female employees to feel the charm of traditional customs in every stitch. Since ancient times, sachets have had the meaning of warding off evil and bringing good fortune, which coincides with the "she power" of contemporary women in safeguarding their families and building their positions. In this small sachet, not only the fragrance of plants is sealed, but also their love for life and expectations for the future are contained, making this festival full of unique warmth and significance. 
Kuan Cheng Jianlong held a women's staff symposium and a DIY dried flower fan activity, extending the most sincere festival greetings and best wishes to all female employees. It encouraged female staff to stand firm in their positions, take on heavy responsibilities, and with their gentle yet tenacious character and meticulous attitude, shine in their respective roles. This event not only enriched the spiritual and cultural life of everyone but also further consolidated the strength of women's progress, inspiring all female employees to display their talents and achieve new accomplishments with greater enthusiasm in their positions.
